The lower portion is configured to be positioned at least partially within the bottle when the cap is engaged with the bottle. A lower end of the lower portion includes a first perimeter portionand a second perimeter portion. A first distance between the upper portion and the first perimeter portion is different than a second distance between the upper portion and the second perimeter portion.

Bottle cap for dispensing liquid

A dispenser includes a housing that defines a first opening and a second opening. The first opening provides a first path of fluid communication between a first interior volume of the housing and an exterior of the housing. The second opening provides a second path of fluid communication between a second interior volume of the housing and the exterior of the housing. A divider is positioned in the housing between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. The divider defines a third opening that provides a third path of fluid communication between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. A valve allows fluid to flow from the second interior volume, through the third opening, and into the first interior volume and prevents the fluid from flowing from the first interior volume, through the third opening, and into the second interior volume.

Dispenser

A consumer product includes a housing defining an internal volume. An engaging mechanism is coupled to or integral with the housing. A cartridge is configured to be inserted into the internal volume through a first end of the housing, and the engaging mechanism is configured to engage a second engaging mechanism on the cartridge. An elevation mechanism is positioned at least partially within the internal volume. An actuating device is coupled to the housing proximate to a second end of the housing. The elevation mechanism is configured to move in response to actuation of the actuating device.

Consumable product packaging

A consumer product () includes a housing () defining an internal volume. A door () is coupled to the housing, and the door is configured to move between an open position and a closed position. The door includes an actuating device () positioned on a first side of the door and configured to be actuated by a user. The door also includes a first portion () of a clutch () positioned on a second side of the door. The first portion of the clutch rotates in response to actuation of the actuating device.

Disclosed is a deodorant dispenser refill cartridge, comprising: a container defining a chamber storing a fluid deodorant composition and having an opening through which the composition is dispensable from the chamber; and a seal sealing the opening. Also disclosed is a deodorant dispenser, comprising: a body having a cavity for receiving a first portion of the refill cartridge; a device within the cavity and extending along at least a portion of an edge region of the cavity for puncturing the seal of the refill cartridge as the first portion of the refill cartridge is received in the cavity of the body; and an applicator for applying the fluid deodorant composition to a user at an exterior of the dispenser.

A packaged product comprising a container () and a scented household liquid is disclosed that comprises an integrated pouring spout () that is configured to increase the exposed surface area of a scented household liquid during a product dispensing event, thereby increasing the amount of scent (or fragrance) released from the scented household liquid during the product dispensing event. In one aspect, the pouring spout may have a flared section in which the width of the flow channel () increases moving toward the spout outlet.

Disclosed is a container comprising a vessel defining a chamber storing a volume of a flowable substance having a fragrance, such as a personal care or a home care product; a body defining an opening through which the flowable substance is dispensable from the chamber; and a porous element for retaining a quantity of the flowable substance, the porous element being at a position relative to the volume of the flowable substance so that the flowable substance comes into contact with the porous element as a result of the flowable substance being dispensed from the chamber through the opening. The porous element may be comprised in the body or in a closure that is movable relative to the body between a first position, at which the closure isolates the opening from an exterior of the container, and a second position at which the opening is not isolated from the exterior.

Container

A container seal that allows a user to select at least one of two or more different sized openings from which to dispense a liquid product from a container. The container seal includes at least a base layer, and may further include a polymer layer attached to the base layer at one or more locations. The container seal may further include a pull tab. Pulling the pull tab forms an opening within the base layer. Various seal configurations allow one, two, or more different sized openings from which to dispense a liquid product from the container depending, for example, on the user's preferred method of dispensing the liquid product from the container. In one configuration, a pull tab may form one, two, or three or more openings in the container seal.

Provided is a multi-chamber container for dispensing flowable substances, comprising: a body having: a first storage chamber for storing a first flowable substance, a second storage chamber for storing a second flowable substance, a first outlet zone, a second outlet zone, a first inlet that fluidly connects the first storage chamber with the first outlet zone, a second inlet that fluidly connects the second storage chamber with the second outlet zone, a first apparatus configured, on operation thereof to dispense from the first storage chamber via the first inlet into the first outlet zone a first predetermined volume of the first flowable substance, and a second apparatus configured, on operation thereof to dispense from the second storage chamber via the second inlet into the second outlet zone a second predetermined volume of the second flowable substance; and a closure having a first cavity, a second cavity, and a divider isolating the first cavity from the second cavity, wherein the closure is movable relative to the body between (a) a first position, at which the closure isolates the first and second outlet zones from an exterior of the container, the first outlet zone is in fluid communication with the first cavity of the closure, and the second outlet zone is in fluid communication with the second cavity of the closure, and (b) a second position, at which the first and second outlet zones are in fluid communication with the exterior of the container.

Provided is a multi-chamber dispenser () of flowable substances, comprising: a rigid body () disposed around first () and second () storage chambers for storing respective first and second flowable substances, a first inlet fluidly connecting the first storage chamber () with a first outlet (), a second inlet fluidly connecting the second storage chamber () with a second outlet (), a first user-operable apparatus () at an exterior of the container and configured, on movement relative to the rigid body (), to cause a volume of the first flowable substance to be dispensed from the first storage chamber () via the first inlet to the first outlet (), and a second user-operable apparatus () at the exterior of the container and configured, on movement relative to the rigid body (), to cause a volume of the second flowable substance to be dispensed from the second storage chamber () via the second inlet to the second outlet ().

A bottle for dispensing oral care fluid is provided. The bottle can include a body portion comprising a mouth, side surfaces, and a bottom surface arranged to hold a volume of oral care fluid; and a cap arranged to be secured to the mouth, wherein the cap comprises a integral cup sized to hold a portion of the volume of oral care fluid, wherein the integral cup includes an open end that mates with the mouth and a closed end including a flip-top member arranged at a distal end of the cap.

Cap and bottle

A stick product dispensing system is disclosed which prospectively provides an advance or early warning to a user that the product will soon be depleted. In one embodiment, the product dispensing system includes a dispenser () having a tubular barrel () with an open end (), a solid stick product () disposed in the barrel (), and a moveable platform () disposed in the barrel () for supporting and dispensing the product () through the open end (). The platform () includes a plurality of spaced apart indicator protrusions () extending outwards from the platform () forming interstitial spaces holding a reserve amount of product. After repeated uses of the dispenser, the protrusions () eventually emerge from the top of the stick product () signaling the user that one or a few additional applications remain. This allows the user to purchase another dispenser in advance to avoid running out of product. In one embodiment, the product may be a deodorant/anti-perspirant.
