Capping assembly

A clamping device () comprises a body (), a clamping arrangement () in the body for clamping a flexible elongate member (). A first cooperating formation () cooperates with a second cooperating formation (). The second cooperating formation is part of a support arrangement () to support the clamping device. The first cooperating formation comprises a pair of opposed side portions (A) and a bridging portion (B) extending between the side portions.

A rim arrangement () extends around the central region and the rim arrangement is deformable from a non-deformed condition to a deformed condition around the load.
