A method joins wire assemblies to define a wire harness by providing a mold assembly having a plurality of surface features therein to define an overmold structure. A portion of at least two individual and unconnected wire assemblies is placed into the mold assembly. The mold assembly is closed. During a molding process, uncured material is injected into the mold. The material is permitted to cure to define the overmold structure fixed to and joining the at least two wire assemblies. The portions of the wire assemblies are removed from the mold with the overmold structure thereon to define a wire harness, with opposing ends of the wire assemblies being free from covering by the overmold structure.

A clamp assembly for securing a battery sensor to a vehicle battery comprises a surround portion defining an aperture for at least partially surrounding a battery post for the vehicle battery and a pair of clamping arms extending from opposing ends of the surround portion. A tab extends from one of the clamp arms toward the other of the clamp arms, wherein the tab defines a first through hole. A wedge has a generally U-shaped cross-section, where a width of the base of the wedge is less than a width at distal ends of the U-shaped cross-section and the base of the wedge defines a second through hole. The wedge is fitted over the clamping arms and a fastener is threaded through the first and the second through holes. A nut is threaded on the fastener to force the wedge over the clamp arms such that the width at the base of the wedge forces the clamp arms toward one another.

Battery sensor clamp assembly

This invention relates to a co-tube assembly for a heating and air conditioning system. The co-tube assembly comprises a connector an inner tube and an outer tube. The connector including a first opening, a second opening and a third opening. The inner tube extends through the first opening and the second opening of the connector. The inner tube has a first portion axially outwardly of the first opening of the connector and a second portion axially outwardly of the second opening of the connector. The outer tube is disposed over the first portion of said inner tube and inserted into said first opening of the connector.
