A pump assembly has at least one electronics receiving space (&#x2033;). The electronics receiving space (&#x2033;) includes at least one defined ventilation opening (&#x2033;). The ventilation opening (&#x2033;), at an outer side of the electronics receiving space (&#x2033;), runs out into an air duct (') which is led along at least one condensation surface (&#x2033;).

A sensor arrangement includes a sensor which is arranged in a housing constructed of two plastic injection molded parts (). The electrical leads are sealingly led through the housing () and are sealed by way of O-rings which on the one hand bear in a groove of the lead and on the other hand bear in a recess forming the housing feed-through.

Sensor assembly

A sensor arrangement includes at least one sensor () as well as a housing () constructed of at least two plastic injection molded parts (), and a sensor electronics which are located on the circuit board () and which is secured by this housing. At least one absorption body () is provided within the housing () and is designed as a plastic injection molded part and serves for absorbing fluid which could get into the housing by diffusion.

A pump assembly includes an electric drive motor with a terminal box () arranged on the electric motor (). At least one metallic component () extends from the electric drive motor () into an inside of the terminal box (). A capture device (), for capturing condensation water collecting on the metallic component (), is arranged in a proximity of the metallic component () in the inside the terminal box ().

An electric motor includes a motor housing () and a further housing (), in which electrical and/or electronic components () are arranged. A fluid-leading channel circuit is provided for cooling these components () and conductively connects the inside of the motor hosing () to the inside of the further housing ().

Electric motor

The motor construction unit is provided for a submersible pump unit and comprises an electric motor with a frequency converter connected in series which are arranged in a common housing casing round in cross section. The frequency converter is as an insert arranged axially flush to the motor and consists essentially of three components, specifically of a common semiconductor element containing the power part, of a component containing the input and intermediate circuit and a component containing the 3 control and regulation electronics. The component containing the power electronics is via a heat distributor connected to the housing casing. The neat distributor is in its outer contour adapted to the inner contour of the housing casing and is pressed into this for heat conduction over the whole periphery.
