Accordingly, power wires and signal wires can be effectively and properly stored and hidden.

An electric table stand for simple assembly and adjustment includes a beam structure (), support bars (), and upright structures (). Each of the support bars () includes a base () and a plurality of arms () extended from the base (), wherein an accommodating space (A) is defined by the base () and the arms (). One arm () of each of the support bars () supports one end of the beam structure (), and the beam structure () is operatively moved in or out of the accommodating space (A). The upright structures () are connected to the support bars (). Accordingly, it is easy to adjust and position each support bar () and each upright structure () on the beam structure ().
