In one embodiment, an ink cartridge comprises an outer housing that defines an interior space adapted to contain ink and an air vent adapted to enable air to pass into and out of the interior space and a dividing wall provided within the interior space, the dividing wall separating the interior space into a first chamber and a second chamber, the dividing wall defining a passage through which air within the first chamber can pass into the second chamber and out of the cartridge through the air vent when the air within the first chamber expands.

Partial fill ink cartridges

A fluid cartridge for a printing device includes a housing including a floor, a chamber defined in the housing and configured to store an ink therein, a capillary medium disposed in the housing and in operative communication with the chamber, and a wick disposed at least partially in an opening of the floor, the wick including a portion extending a predetermined distance into the housing such that the wick portion contacts the capillary medium. The fluid cartridge further includes an enriched pigment-confining member established inside the housing such that the confining member physically contacts the floor and surrounds at least a portion of a periphery of the wick. The confining member is configured to i) block enriched ink from the wick, and/or ii) dilute the enriched ink prior to flowing through the wick.

Fluid cartridge for a printing device

A fluid cartridge for a printing device includes a housing having a base and a first and second chamber. A wall extends outwardly from and substantially normal to the base and is configured to separate the housing, thereby forming the first and second chambers. An air/ink exchange port is defined in a bottom portion of the wall and adjacent to the base. A longitudinal air flow-restricting member is disposed adjacent the air/ink exchange port and on the base, and extends outwardly predetermined distance into one of the first or second chambers.

Fluid cartridge for a fluid supply system

A fluid container includes a body having a depth extending between a base interior surface and an opening of the fluid container. The fluid container also includes a capillary material compression structure having an extension depth extending from the opening to a capillary material where the capillary material compression structure is in contact with the capillary material, and the ratio of the extension depth to the depth is 0.35 or greater.

Fluid container having a fluid absorbing material

A fluid container, including a body having a base surface, a capillary fluid volume disposed over the base surface, and an outlet compartment having at least one outlet wall disposed within the body and extending from the base surface into the capillary fluid volume. The body also includes at least two fluidically segregated free fluid compartments, where each compartment includes at least one sidewall disposed within the body. The at least one sidewall includes a compression edge wherein at least a portion of the compression edge is flush with the at least one outlet wall edge.

Container having fluidically segregated compartments

A container includes a housing forming at least one chamber therein, a fluid conduit having a fluid opening extends into the chamber, and a fluid holding member is arranged within the chamber over the fluid opening. The fluid holding member leaves at least one air pocket within the chamber adjacent to the fluid conduit. When the fluid holding member is at least partially filled with a fluid it will have at least one wetted portion and at least one non-wetted portion. The wetted portion is fluidically coupled to the fluid conduit. The container also includes at least one feature within the chamber to provide an air passageway that allows air movement between the air pocket and at least the non-wetted portion.

A frame having a passageway is movably mounted on retractable wheels. A removable tongue is connected to the frame for transporting the spray machine. A spray system is mounted on a spray arch having a plurality of nozzles along its length and the spray arch is provided with sleeves at the bottom ends of its legs for slidably engaging vertical posts in the frame whereby the spray arch may be selectively vertically adjusted. The posts are provided with horizontal sleeves slidably connected to horizontal members of the frame for horizontally adjusting the position of the spray arch. The spray for the spray system is supplied from a tank mounted on the frame which in turn is connected to a pressurized air tank. An actuating wand extends transversely across the passageway through the frame to be engaged by an animal and maintain contact with the animal along its entire length such that that the animal will be sprayed. The movement of the actuating arm causes the spray system to function when moved only parallel to the length of the passageway in one direction only. The passageway may be substantially enclosed by a cover being provided over the frame thereby providing inducement for animals to enter the passageway.
