An apparatus is provided for the shaping of plastic pre-forms into containers with at least one blow moulding station arranged on a movable carrier, and having a blow mould carrier, a first blow mould carrier part and a second blow mould carrier part which is pivotable relative to the first blow mould carrier part to open and close the blow mould. The blow moulding station additionally has a locking mechanism to lock the first blow mould carrier part with respect to the second blow mould carrier part, and the locking mechanism has a first locking element on the first blow mould carrier part, and a second locking element on the second blow mould carrier part, for locking the carrier parts. A first magnetic element is movable relative to the first locking element and causes a movement of the first locking element by a magnetic interaction to lock the carrier parts.

Apparatus for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers with magnetically actuated locking

A device and a method for applying elastic film sleeves to containers, including a plurality of revolving stretching units for receiving and stretching the film sleeves so that the containers can be slid into the film sleeves. The stretching units include spreading fingers driven by servo motors, such that the stretching of the film sleeves can be optimized independently of a circulation speed of the stretching units and flexibly adapted to different film types and container sizes.

A stretch-blow molding machine with at least one blow molding station, where for electric stretching, at least one stretching rod is coupled with a drive unit comprising an electric servomotor, and the stretching rod can be changed in a defined, at least approximately axial direction, and has a stretching rod quick change device transferable between a centered operating position and a change position.

A labeler for labeling plastic containers in the blow mold as well as to a labeling method for use of the labeler, where due to the fact that the rotating insertion device of the labeler comprises articulated arms having each rotatably supported thereon a gripper, it is possible to remove labels from stationary magazines at a comparatively low relative speed. The articulated arms are able to follow the path of the blow molds during insertion of the labels with high speed. The grippers are rotatably supported which allows an exact radial orientation of the gripper with respect to the axis of rotation of the blow wheel that continues to rotate during insertion of the labels, to thus allow a particularly accurate and reliable labeling.
