The method/device reconstructs/represents multidimensional objects from one- or two-dimensional image data based on recordings of one- or two-dimensional partial image areas, wherein spatial/positions of individual partial image areas are used along with one- or two-dimensional image information of the individual partial image areas to generate one- or two-dimensional image data, wherein a first group of space elements is generated in a multidimensional voxel space from first space elements which contain multidimensional image information and touch/intersect planes or lines of partial image areas by means of the one- or two-dimensional image data, and wherein a second group of space elements is generated in the multidimensional voxel space from second space elements by means of information transformation from the multidimensional image information of the first group of space elements. The first space elements are defined by means of the partial image areas by arranging these areas in the multidimensional voxel space.

Method and device for reconstructing and representing multidimensional objects from one-dimensional or two-dimensional image data

The invention relates to a method or a device for recording ultrasonic images of an object ( ) in which ultrasonic waves are radiated onto the object ( ) by an ultrasonic emitter, and ultrasonic waves reflected by the object ( ) are received by an ultrasonic receiver. For recording individual image partial areas ( ), the ultrasonic emitter or ultrasonic receiver ( ) is displaced along the object ( ) or is at least partially rotated with regard to the object ( ). The corresponding movement (S) of the ultrasonic transmitter or of the ultrasonic receiver ( ) is progressively detected by a detector ( ) and is assigned to the individual image partial areas ( ). As a result, it is possible to record the object ( ) by manually moving the ultrasonic transducer ( ), whereby an incremental detector serves as a detector ( ) for progressively detecting the movement (S). The distances (&dgr;, &dgr;&agr;) between individual image partial areas ( ) can be then be determined by evaluating the progressively detected positions of the ultrasound transducer ( ) which are then assigned to the individual image partial areas ( ).

Method and device for recording ultrasonic images

An apparatus and method for recording ultrasound images of a moving object is disclosed. The apparatus includes an ultrasound transmitter, an ultrasound receiver, and an image processor. At least one of the ultrasound transmitter and receiver is moved in relation to an object. Images of the object are acquired, and a movement state of the object is determined and classified into one of two movement states. Based on the movement state of the object, images are either not acquired, or not processed. If the image of the object is not processed, the image processor filters out the images which were acquired during a movement state of the object when the movement is high. The image processor then assembles the images and displays the assembled images.

Method for recording ultrasound images of moving objects

The invention relates to a method for sensing ultrasound images of an object (,). The method is characterized in that an ultra-sound head (,) is moved along the object so as to sense individual image subdomains (,) of said object (,). An evaluation subdomain (,) is analyzed in order to determine the extent of the object (,) or the spacing (&dgr;x) between the individual image subdomains (,). This evaluation subdomain (,) is sensed perpendicularly to the sensed image subdomains (,); that is, it represents a domain of the object (,) which overlaps at least two image subdomains (,). In this way, allocation within the individual image subdomains (,) can be determined by using the structures of the object (,) thus obtained. To this end, in particular a vertical column structure (,) of the object (,) (evaluation subdomain (,)) is analyzed, thus enabling allocation of a plurality of individual horizontal line structures (,), i.e. individual &ldquo;layers&rdquo; of the object (,) (image subdomains (,)) among themselves.
