A stator () of an electric machine has a stator lamination stack () that includes stator laminations. The stator () also has at least one stator winding () defined by conductor bars (-) arranged in slots () of the stator lamination stack () and fixed in the slots () of the stator lamination stack () with the aid of a fixing device (). A stator () of an electric machine has a stator lamination stack () that comprises stator laminations (). The stator () has at least one stator winding with conductor bars () arranged in slots of the stator lamination stack () and fixed in the slots of the stator lamination stack () with the aid of a fixing device. To improve the stator () with regard to the service life thereof and/or to the producibility thereof, at least one clamping stator lamination () has a clamping geometry that serves as the fixing device.

Winding of an electrical machine, electrical machine and method for producing the winding

A method is provided for balancing rotors () of electrical machines. Each rotor () has a shaft () and at least one laminated core () is arranged on the shaft. The method includes providing blanks () with a length (l) that is smaller than an outside diameter (d) of the laminated core () of the rotor (). A magnitude and orientation of an initial unbalance of the rotor () then is ascertained. A recess () then is made in each blank () spaced from the center of gravity by a distance depending on the magnitude of the ascertained initial unbalance. The blank () is mounted by fitting the recess () on the shaft () of the rotor () and mounting the processed blank () on the rotor () in an angular position that is dependent on the orientation of the ascertained initial unbalance.
