A feed-through and sealing arrangement of an electrical connection fed through a housing wall of an electric motor or another electric device, the feed-through and sealing arrangement including a terminal pin plate through which a terminal pin is fed, at least one feed-through opening, a sealing surface, and a combined sealing part. The at least one terminal pin cover is inserted into the at least one feed-through opening when feeding-through the terminal pin through the housing wall.

Feed-through and sealing arrangement

An electric motor having has a rotor and a stator with a stator core as well as an insulation assembly, which extend along a common longitudinal axis from a first end face to a second end face of the stator. The stator core is formed with bars arranged uniformly distributed on the circumference to accommodate conducting wires wound into coils. The insulation assembly has a first insulation element, second insulation elements, and a third insulation element. The first insulation element is arranged between conducting wires and the stator core; a respective second insulation element is arranged in an intermediate space formed between coils arranged to fit closely to one another; and the third insulation element is arranged on an inner side of the stator, the inner side pointing inward in the radial direction, in a manner so as to seal the inner side.

Device for driving a compressor with an insulation arrangement

A drainage system for draining water from an air intake and from an air distribution housing of an air conditioning system into the environment. The drainage system including a drainage opening or the drainage of water into the environment, wherein the drainage opening is formed on a lower shell of the air distribution housing and is divided into a drainage area for water from the air intake housing on the one hand, and a drainage area for water from the air distribution housing on the other hand, and wherein the drainage area for water from the air intake housing is formed by the terminus of a separate duct for the drainage of water from the air intake. In this way, the reciprocal effect between the different pressure levels is avoided or reduced to the extent possible.

Pressure decoupling of air intake drainage and drainage of main housing

A heating and air conditioning device includes a warm air path that leads through a heat exchanger to a mixing chamber and to outlets of the heating and air conditioning device, and a cold air path that leads from the evaporator to the mixing chamber and the outlets of the heating and air conditioning device. A warm air duct is located at an end of the warm air path and an entrance to the mixing chamber. A cold air duct is located at the end of the cold air path and the entrance to the mixing chamber. One or more openings are formed on one of a side wall of the warm air duct and a side wall of the cold air duct so that air can flow from the cold air path into the warm air duct and from the warm air path into the cold air duct.

Warm or cold air channel with slots to optimize control curves

A cooling air interface in a fan housing provided for diverting an amount of cooling air to cool a fan motor from a main air flow on a compression side of the fan, and delivering the cooling air to the fan motor to be cooled. The interface including a cooling air channel with an intake opening emptying into a cooling air passage having a cooling air exit opening where the cooling air is brought to the fan motor. Wall sections of the main air flow path that adjoin the intake opening, which in relation to the direction of the main air flow, are located upstream and downstream of the intake opening, extend up to the adjoining intake opening and into the cooling air channel, transitioning into the cooling air channel walls situated opposite one another in the form of rounded surfaces without corners and edges.

An arrangement of air outlets on a motor vehicle air conditioning unit, wherein side window outlets, side occupant air outlets, and center occupant or additional vent air outlets are configured as pairs and the side occupant air outlets and the center occupant or additional vent air outlets are arranged in one tier, wherein from outside to inside are, first, the center occupant or additional vent air outlets and then the side occupant air outlets.

Arrangement of air outlets on a motor vehicle air conditioning unit

A housing including at least one flow path in fluid communication with a mixing chamber, a windshield air outlet, a windshield air flap, a dashboard air outlet, and a dashboard air flap. A bypass is in fluid communication with the dashboard outlet and configured to conduct a cool air flow around the at least one flow path and the mixing chamber. A flow conduit extends from the mixing chamber to the windshield air outlet. The flow conduit is constructed as one part and comprises a wall enclosing a circumference thereof. The flow conduit extends through the bypass, wherein the warm air flow is separated from a warm air flow through the flow conduit by the wall of the flow conduit. The bypass is formed in a bipartite manner around the flow conduit.

Oval defrost outlet combined with cold air bypass channel

An air conditioning system includes an intake housing with a fresh air opening and a recirculation air opening, a filter housing to admit an air filter and a fan housing with a fan for intake by suction of air through the intake housing and directing the air through the filter housing. The fresh air opening and the recirculating air opening are aligned in a common horizontal direction and in a vertical direction one above the other. The recirculating air opening is situated in the gravitational direction beneath the fresh air opening. Between the fresh air opening and the recirculating air opening a separation area is configured, with drainage means in such a way that the fluid penetrating into the fresh air opening, when flowing over the drainage means is directed past the recirculating air opening in a receiving area placed below the recirculating air opening.
