A radiation treatment system may include a gantry configured to rotate around an object, a treatment head moving with the gantry, a plurality of imaging radiation sources configured to emit imaging beams toward the object, and one or more first detectors configured to detect at least a portion of the imaging beams. When the treatment head is delivering a treatment beam to the object, the plurality of imaging radiation sources and the one or more first detectors may be positioned outside at least a portion of a maximum treatment radiation region so as not to interfere with the treatment beam. At least one of the plurality of imaging radiation sources and the one or more first detectors may be positioned at or near an edge of the maximum treatment radiation region.

A method may include identifying a time window of a procedure. The method may also include obtaining operational information of the time window. The operational information may include a limit of pulse repetition frequency (PRF) acceleration and a plurality of preliminary radio frequency (RF) PRFs. The method may also include determining a plurality of updated RF PRFs by updating the plurality of preliminary RF PRFs. A rate of variation between any two adjacent updated RF PRFs may be less than or equal to the limit of PRF acceleration. The method may also include causing an RF source to generate electromagnetic waves at the plurality of updated RF PRFs in the time window.

Systems and methods for controlling radiation output

The disclosure provides systems and methods for adjusting a multi-leaf collimator (MLC). The MLC includes a plurality of cross-layer leaf pairs, each cross-layer leaf pair of the plurality of cross-layer leaf pairs includes a first leaf located in a first layer of leaves and a second leaf opposingly located in a second layer of leaves. For at least one cross-layer leaf pair, an effective cross-layer leaf gap to be formed between the first leaf and the second leaf may be determined; at least one of the first leaf or the second leaf may be caused to move to form the effective cross-layer leaf gap; and an in-layer leaf gap may be caused, based on the effective cross-layer leaf gap, to be formed between the first leaf and an opposing first leaf in the first layer. A size of the in-layer leaf gap may be no less than a threshold.

Systems and methods for adjusting multi-leaf collimator

A method for delivering radiation treatment may include defining a preliminary trajectory including a plurality of control points. Each control point may be associated with position parameters of a gantry and a couch. The method may also include generating a treatment plan based on the preliminary trajectory by optimizing an intensity and position parameters of a collimator and MLC leaves for each control point. The method may also include decomposing the treatment plan into a delivery trajectory including the plurality of control points. Each of the plurality of control points may be further associated with the optimized intensity, the optimized position parameters of the collimator and the MLC leaves, an output rate, and a motion parameter of each of the gantry, the couch, the collimator, and the MLC leaves. The method may further include instructing a radiation delivery device to deliver the treatment plan according to the delivery trajectory.

Systems and methods for multiplanar radiation treatment

A radiation system is provided. The radiation system may include a bore accommodating an object, a rotary ring, a first radiation source and a second radiation source mounted on the rotary ring and a processor. The first radiation source may be configured to emit a first cone beam toward a first region of the object. The second radiation source may be configured to emit a second beam toward a second region of the object, the second region including at least a part of the first region. The processor may be configured to obtain a treatment plan of the object, the treatment plan including parameters associated with radiation segments. The processor may be further configured to control an emission of the first cone beam and/or the second beam based on the parameters associated with the radiation segments to perform a treatment and a 3-D imaging simultaneously.

The system may include: a first control sub-system configured to generate a first control instruction; a second control sub-system configured to generate a second control instruction; a table control sub-system operably coupled to the table; and a master controller configured to receive the first control instruction from the first control sub-system, or the second control instruction from the second control sub-system, generate a third control instruction based on the first control instruction or the second control instruction, and transmit the third control instruction to the table control sub-system. A system includes a remote control device configured to remotely control a device and a safety control device communicating with each other via a wireless connection. The remote control device includes a switch, a motion enable unit configured to generate processed information by processing information using a first secret, and a hand control unit capable of acquiring the processed information only when the switch is in a closed state and configured to transmit the processed information to the safety control device via the wireless connection. The method may include determining a set of one or more optimization goals for radiation delivery by a therapeutic radiation delivery apparatus. The method may also include determining a plan for radiation delivery from a radiation source of the therapeutic radiation delivery apparatus. The radiation source may be capable of continuously rotating around a subject. The plan may include a plurality of radiation segments. Each radiation segment may be characterized by at least one parameter selected from a start angle, a stop angle, a two-dimensional segment shape, or a segment MU value such that the plurality of radiation segments satisfy the set of one or more optimization goals by superimposing at least two radiation segments from at least two different rotations into a target volume of the subject.

Systems and methods for generating radiation treatment plan

A method for adaptive treatment planning is provided. The method may include obtaining a planning image volume of a subject, a treatment image volume of the subject, and a first treatment plan related to the planning image volume of the subject, each of the planning image volume and the treatment image volume including an ROI of the subject. The method may also include registering the planning image volume and the treatment image volume, and determining a first contour of the ROI in the registered planning image volume and a second contour of the ROI in the registered treatment image volume. The method may also include evaluating whether an error exists in at least one of the registration or the contour determination based on the first contour and the second contour, and determining a second treatment plan with respect to the treatment image volume based on the evaluation result.

A method for determining a deformation measurement of a couch in a medical procedure may include determining a first deformation measurement of the couch at a reference point, the first deformation measurement corresponding to a first working position of the couch. The method may also include determining a second deformation measurement of the couch at the reference point, the second deformation measurement corresponding to a second working position of the couch. The method may further include determining a difference between the first deformation measurement and the second deformation measurement and causing an adjustment of one of the first working position and the second working position of the couch based on the difference between the first deformation measurement and the second deformation measurement.

A system for equalizing a pressure in an ionization chamber of a radiation device is provided. The system may include the ionization chamber including: a chamber housing including one or more chamber walls; a chamber volume inside the chamber housing, the chamber volume being filled with a radiation sensitive material; and a pressure adjustment apparatus operably coupled to the chamber volume via at least one wall of the one or more chamber walls, the pressure adjustment apparatus being configured to equalize a first pressure of the radiation sensitive material inside the chamber volume and a second pressure of ambient air outside the chamber housing.
