A valve control unit includes a housing and an electronic circuit disposed therein for controlling valve coils mountable on valves, the housing being formed as a conductor track carrier for carrying the electronic circuit, and conductor tracks carried by the housing, the conductor tracks having contacts for making electrical contact with corresponding opposing contacts of the valve coils.

Valve control unit and method of attaching it to a valve block

A control device for placement on a valve block of an antilocking system and a process for producing the control device, include a conductor track carrier to be thermally coupled to a wall of the valve block. An electronic circuit for controlling valves is disposed on the conductor track carrier which is constructed in one piece. The conductor track carrier has a first region which is equipped with valve coils for actuating the valves of the valve block, and a second region which is equipped with active electronic components and is free of valve coils.

A valve control device for controlling a valve for a pressure fluid includes a cylindrical coil having a longitudinal extent defining a longitudinal axis, an end surface, a coil body with a terminal pin carrier disposed on the end surface, and a coil wire wound onto the coil body. Coil terminal pins are oriented crosswise to the longitudinal axis of the coil, are secured to the terminal pin carrier and are electrically conductively connected to the coil wire. A yoke ring housing includes a yoke ring sheath surrounding the longitudinal extent of the coil and having a longitudinal extent. The yoke ring sheath has an opening formed therein in the form of a gap piercing the full longitudinal extent of the yoke ring sheath for accommodating a terminal. A housing wall faces toward the end surface of the coil and a fastening element secures the yoke ring housing on the housing wall. The structural height of the valve control device is reduced by extending the coil terminal pins laterally out of the yoke ring housing.

Valve control device for controlling a valve for a pressure fluid

A housing of an electronic control unit includes two identically constructed housing parts and at least one plug part fastened between the housing parts. The housing parts and the at least one plug part enclose an interior. A printed wiring board, optionally at least one cooling baffle and power components are disposed in the interior. The power components are disposed directly on the printed wiring board or on the at least one cooling baffle. The printed wiring board or the at least one cooling baffle is in thermal contact with one of the housing parts, for dissipating heat produced by the power components to the outside through the housing.

Electronic control unit

A unit for controlling valves being actuated by electromagnets for a pressure fluid includes a housing having a housing frame and a lid defining an interior. At least one valve coil and components of the at least one valve coil, such as a wound coil body and a yoke ring, are disposed in the housing. The at least one valve coil is spaced from the housing frame defining interstices therebetween, and the components are mutually spaced apart defining interstices therebetween. A circuit carrier is disposed in the interior of the housing and is electrically connected to each valve coil. The same resilient potting composition fills up the interstices between the components and between each valve coil and the housing frame, without any boundary layers. A method for producing such a unit includes resiliently embedding the components and the at least one valve coil in the housing frame in one operation with the resilient potting composition.
