The invention relates to a method for the external monitoring of a converter (), the converter () being controlled by means of a first electronic control system () and the method being implemented by means of a second electronic control system () which is independent from the first electronic control system (). Said method comprises detection (S) of a current (I) received by the converter () and a voltage (U) received by the converter () by means of a current/voltage sensor device () which is independent from the first electronic control system (). The invention also relates to a device for monitoring a converter (), to a computer program product, to a machine-readable storage medium, to a drive train of a motor vehicle, and to a corresponding motor vehicle.

An industrial truck, configured for driverless, autonomously-acting operation for a load to be transported, includes at least a control system configured to control and to steer the industrial truck, and an evaluation unit configured to generate a signal for stopping the industrial truck. The invention relates to a method for detecting a leak in an energy converter system () containing a gas. A pressure regulator () is used to regulate a gas pressure in the energy converter system (), and the pressure regulator () has a gas metering valve (). The method has the following steps: a. measuring an inlet pressure () of the pressure regulator () and measuring an outlet pressure () of the pressure regulator (), b. measuring an output variable () of the energy converter system () and calculating a gas requirement in the energy converter system () on the basis of the output variable () of the energy converter system (), c. determining a first calculated flow () through the pressure regulator () on the basis of the measured inlet pressure () of the pressure regulator () and the measured outlet pressure () of the pressure regulator (), d. determining a second calculated flow () through the pressure regulator () on the basis of the gas requirement, e. comparing the first calculated flow () with the second calculated flow () by generating a first comparison value () from the first calculated flow () and the second calculated flow (), and f. determining a first threshold () and generating an error signal () if the value of the comparison value () is greater than the first threshold ().

The invention relates to a method () for leakage monitoring of a fuel cell system (). According to the invention, it is provided that the leakage monitoring is carried out before or during shut-down of the fuel cell system () and during or after restarting of the fuel cell system ().
