An actuator device for a friction clutch. The device includes a push lever arm for applying a force on the friction clutch and a push ring arranged on the push lever arm for contacting the friction clutch, and a drive unit connected to the push lever arm for movement of the push lever arm in a push lever arm movement direction. The device further includes a bearing arranged on the push lever arm, where the push ring is journaled by the bearing such that the push ring is rotatable relative to the push lever arm about a rotation axis. The push ring and the bearing are pivotally connected to the push lever arm such that the push ring and the bearing are pivotable relative to the push lever arm about a push ring pivot axis.

Actuator device for a friction clutch

A hybrid powertrain for a vehicle includes an internal combustion engine having a crank shaft rotatable about a geometric axis, an electric machine and a transmission having an input shaft rotatable about the geometric axis, and a clutch by which clutch the internal combustion engine and the transmission are selectively connectable to each other. A rotor of the electric machine is arranged on the crank shaft for rotating together with the crank shaft about the geometric axis, and the clutch is a dog clutch arranged for connecting and disconnecting the crank shaft of the internal combustion engine and the input shaft of the transmission to and from each other.

Hybrid powertrain for a vehicle

A transmission for a vehicle. The transmission includes a first input shaft, a second input shaft and a clutch by which the first input shaft and the second input shaft are selectively connectable to an engine, and an electric machine connected to the first input shaft. The transmission further includes an output shaft connected to a final drive. A clutch arrangement for between an engine and a propeller of a drivetrain of a roadable aircraft. The arrangement includes an engine shaft, a propeller shaft, a stationary clutch arrangement housing, and an engagement member which is rotationally locked to and axially slidable relative to propeller shaft. The engagement member includes a first engagement structure for engaging a corresponding engagement structure associated with the engine shaft for setting the clutch arrangement in a propeller propulsion mode, in which rotational propulsion torque is transmitted from the engine shaft to the propeller shaft via the engagement member. The engagement member further includes a second engagement structure for engaging a corresponding engagement structure associated with the clutch arrangement housing for setting the clutch arrangement in a propeller locked mode, in which the propeller shaft is rotationally locked to the clutch arrangement housing by means of the engagement member.

A vehicle powertrain system includes an electric motor, a planetary gear set, a coupling unit, and a differential unit, wherein the electric motor is drivingly connected to the planetary gear set via a motor shaft extending in an axial direction, and wherein the planetary gear set is operably connectable to the differential unit via the coupling unit, wherein the powertrain system further comprises an idle gear wheel and a differential drive gear wheel arranged on the differential unit, wherein the coupling unit is arranged for selectively transferring torque to the idle gear wheel, and wherein the idle gear wheel and the differential drive gear wheel are arranged to drivingly interact with each other for transferring torque from the electric motor to the differential unit, via the planetary gear set and the coupling unit.

Vehicle powertrain system, a vehicle, and a method for operating a vehicle powertrain system

A transmission for a vehicle includes a clutch unit connectable to an input shaft of the transmission and an electric motor connected to the clutch unit for transferring torque from the electric motor to the input shaft through the clutch unit. The transmission has a first gear component driven by the electric motor and a second gear component rotationally locked to the clutch unit by an engagement means. The first and second gear components are engaged with each other for transferring torque from the electric motor to the clutch unit. The transmission further has at least one bearing arranged for journaling the second gear component and carrying radial load caused by the electric motor when torque is transferred from the electric motor to the clutch unit. The engagement means is designed to allow a radial run out of the clutch unit relative to the second gear component.

A vehicle powertrain includes a power source, a clutch arrangement and a housing, the clutch arrangement arranged between the power source and a transmission. The clutch arrangement includes: a first clutch arranged to couple the power source to a first input shaft of the transmission and a second clutch arranged to couple the power source to a second input shaft of the transmission; and a torque transmission member having an extension in a radial direction and adapted to transmit torque from the power source to one of the first or second input shafts. The torque transmission member includes clutch lamellae carriers for the first and second clutches. The torque transmission member is journaled at a radially inner portion against the housing via one or more first bearings, and an output rotor shaft of the power source is journaled against the housing via one or more second bearings.

Vehicle powertrain system

An energy storage enclosure arrangement is provided for accommodating a storage unit comprising an energy storage cell stacked with a cooling plate in a longitudinal direction, the cooling plate being in thermal contact with the energy storage cell. The arrangement includes an energy storage enclosure comprising three wall members forming an U-shape and having an extension in a longitudinal direction, and means for compressing the enclosure arranged to apply a force on the enclosure and the storage unit in the longitudinal direction. The enclosure is resilient in the longitudinal direction, such that when a force is applied in the longitudinal direction the enclosure is compressed, and a contact pressure between the cooling plate and the energy storage cell is limited by the resilient enclosure.

An energy storage module, an energy storage system including such modules, and a method for manufacturing an energy storage system are disclosed. The energy storage module may include an energy storage cell unit and a cooling plate unit which are kept in thermal contact with each other by a first retaining element having a through-hole and two deformed end portions. One of the end portions is deformed after the first retaining element has been arranged through the energy storage cell unit and the cooling plate unit. Two or more modules may be stacked together to form an energy storage system. The modules may be held together by a second retaining element arranged through the through-hole of the first retaining element.
