A battery cell. The battery cell incluedes a first terminal contact and a second terminal contact, an energy storage unit, a first transistor, a sensor system that is set up to acquire a state parameter of the battery cell, and a control circuit. A first pole of the energy storage unit is coupled to the first terminal contact, and a second pole of the energy storage unit is coupled to the second terminal contact. The first transistor is connected between the first terminal contact and the second terminal contact in series with the energy storage unit. The he control circuit is set up to control a switching process of the first transistor, the control circuit controlling the first transistor based on the acquired state parameter in order to control a charge current or a discharge current of the energy storage unit.

Battery cell with an integrated control circuit

A method for operating at least one electrical component of a vehicle with the aid of a battery. At least two battery cells of the battery are electrically connected and thus added to the at least one component via at least one particular switching unit. The following steps for precharging a DC link of the vehicle is carried out: a) adding a first of the battery cells, b) incrementally adding at least a second of the battery cells, after a previous adding has taken place in each case.

Method and system for varying an image processing frequency of an HD headlight

A headlamp () for a motor vehicle has a first projection device () for illuminating a wide surface () and a second projection device () laterally offset from the first projection device () for illuminating a narrow surface () lying within the wide surface (). Intensity profiles () of light emitted by the first and second projection devices () are matched in the lateral direction such that, in at least one lateral peripheral region of the narrow surface (), a gradual transition to the intensity in the wide surface () outside the narrow surface () and a substantially constant intensity between the lateral peripheral regions of the narrow surface () within the narrow surface () occur. Intensity profiles () of the projection devices () are designed for a shorter distance than a projection distance designated for the wide surface () and the narrow surface ().

An optical sensor is provided for distance and/or velocity measurement including a light source module for generating a light signal and a detection module for detecting a light signal. The light source module includes a modulator for modulating the light signal, the modulator being configured in such a way that the light signal includes a piece of identification information after the modulation, the detection module being configured to detect and identify a piece of identification information of the detected light signal.

A method is provided for monitoring an image refresh frequency of HD headlights for a vehicle. The HD headlight has a control unit that causes a display with light point sources to generate light images in continued temporal succession for a predefined time duration. An image refresh frequency corresponding to the inverse of the predefined time duration is updated by a next light image. A video signal composed of image information items and signal information items is provided to the control unit by a video interface that impresses the temporally changing information item on the signal information items of the video signal. The control unit checks the signal information items of the video signal with respect to the temporally changing information item to assess correspondence with the temporal succession available to the HD headlight and a substitute reaction of the HD headlight is initiated in the event of erroneous correspondence.

Method and system for deducing a reduced image refresh frequency in high definition headlights

A high-definition vehicular headlamp has a light module configured to produce a matrix of light-emitting points each of which has a coordinate pair. The headlamp generates a light image in front of the vehicle, and the light image is divided into a matrix of pixels that correspond respectively to the light-emitting points of the light module. A specified partial image content is generated in a partial region of the light image. The partial image content acts upon a set of coordinate pairs of light-emitting points, including coordinate pairs having defective light-emitting points that could cause pixel errors. A displacement vector is formed by comparing coordinate pairs of defective light-emitting points with the set of coordinate pairs of the light-emitting points on which the partial image content acts, and the partial image content is reproduced in the partial region of the light image that has been displaced by the displacement vector.
