The invention relates to a water purification set comprising a container holding a filtering unit and a chemicals unit, said container comprising two compartments having such dimensions that the filtering unit can be accommodated in one compartment and the chemicals unit can be accommodated in the other compartment, and in which the compartment holding the filtering unit can be closed separately by means of a cover, the cover of the compartment holding the chemicals unit being proportioned so that the said latter cover, in closed condition of the compartment holding the filtering unit, can at least partly also cover the cover of the said latter compartment. The invention further relates to a chemicals unit to be unsed for the said water purification set comprising in individual closed reservoirs (i) a chlorinating agent, (ii) and adsorption agent, and (iii) a coagulation and/or flocculation agent and optionally one or more other auxiliary filtering means, in which the reservoirs are connected together in such a manner that, upon use of the chemicals unit, the chemicals are placed available in the correct sequence of adding them to the water to be purified, namely (i).fwdarw.(ii).fwdarw.(iii).

Water purification set and chemicals unit therefor

The invention relates to a holder for a plurality of disposable syringes, the syringes comprising a barrel, a needle connection means on the front end of the barrel, in which or to which an injection needle is or can be sealingly connected, and a finger grip, provided with an outwardly projecting flange and optionally with a clamping sleeve for a clamping connection around the rear open end of the barrel. The holder comprises a strip of flexible material one side of which comprises a number of resilient projections, distributed over the surface, for a detachable connection of the syringes in such a way that the rear end of the barrel or the rear face of the finger grip adjoins the surface of the strip in a non-sealing manner.

The invention relates to a device for taking liquid from a reservoir by inward suction with simultaneous filtration, comprising a flexible tube having at one end a filtering unit, which can be immersed in the liquid through an opening in the reservoir, and having a mouthpiece at its other end. The mouthpiece is connected to the tube in a sealing manner via a flexible hollow member which forms an internal connection between tube and mouthpiece, and before use of the device the mouthpiece may be enveloped hygienically by a detachable protective cap.

The invention relates to a disposable syringe comprising a barrel which has on its front end a needle connection with injection needle and needle guard. The syringe is provided with a sealing member for the needle guard which consists of a sleeve of shrinkable plastic material. The sleeve is shrunk on one side around the needle connection and/or around the barrel or a front part of the barrel, and on the other side around a part of the needle guard adjoining the needle connection.
