A self-propelling harvester thresher has a cutting and transporting unit, a threshing unit having a threshing basket and a threshing drum, a transferring drum and a separating unit having a separating rotor and a separating housing with a drawing-in opening. The threshing drum has a plurality of threshing segments arranged on its periphery and offset relative to one another. The transferring drum is provided with a plurality of drivers arranged on a periphery of the transferring drum and offset relative to one another similarly to the threshing segments of the threshing drum. The drivers are formed as individual point-like elements which are spaced from one another in an axial direction and in a circumferential direction of the transferring drum and engage in a product accumulation in a point-like manner so as to loosen and to spread the product accumulation and transport parts of the product accumulation in a longitudinal direction of the harvester thresher while other parts of the material accumulation remain behind.

Self-propelling harvester thresher

A self-propelling harvester thresher has elements for cutting and transporting a harvested product, threshing unit arranged after the elements and operating in accordance with the principle of radial flow and also including a threshing basket and a threshing drum, a transferring drum arranged after the threshing unit for transferring substantially threshed straw, a separating unit transporting the harvested product in accordance with the principle of axial flow against a travelling direction of the harvester thresher and including at least one separating rotor and a separating housing provided with a drawing-in opening. The threshing drum has a plurality of threshing segments arranged on its periphery and offset relative to one another. The transferring drum in its region preceding the drawing-in opening of the separating housing is provided with a plurality of drivers which are arranged on a periphery of the transferring drum and are offset relative to one another similarly to the threshing segments of the threshing drum.

A self-propelling harvester thresher comprises a threshing unit, a separating unit located downstream of the threshing unit, the separating unit extending along a traveling direction of the harvester thresher and operating in accordance with the principle of axial flow, and a transporting unit associated with the separating unit and transporting a grain-chaff mixture, the transporting unit being located laterally near the supporting unit.

A self-propelled harvester thresher, comprising a device for a front product supply, and separating device arranged downstream of product supply device, the separating device extending in a longitudinal direction and operating in accordance with the principle of axial flow, the separating device including at least one rotor and a sieve housing surrounding the rotor and provided with inlet and outlet openings, the housing having a plurality of guiding members arranged parallel to one another and extending in a helical manner, the guiding members extending in a running direction and having front ends as considered in the running direction, the guiding members including at least two groups of guiding members, the front ends of the guiding members of one of the groups of guiding members being offset from the front ends of the other of the groups of the guiding members as considered in the running direction.

Self-propelled harvester thresher

A self-propelled harvester thresher has a threshing mechanism operating in accordance with a tangential product flow and having a threshing drum and a threshing basket, a separating device operating in accordance with the axial product flow and having at least one separating rotor and a housing, and a transferring drum located between the threshing mechanism and the separating device and having an axis of rotation which is located above the axis of rotation of the threshing drum and above the separating rotor in its receiving region, wherein the transferring drum is at least partially surrounded by a guiding member which corresponds to an outer circular surface of the drum and is provided with guiding skids.

A harvester thresher has an axial threshing and separating arrangement with two rotatable threshing drums and two casing units surrounding the threshing drums and having an upper product supply opening and a lower supply opening, a radial threshing mechanism located upstream of the axial threshing and separating arrangement as considered in a product flow direction, and a guiding element subdivided into an upper part which is bent upwardly to supply a product threshed by the radial threshing mechanism toward the upper product supply opening of the axial threshing and separating arrangement and a lower part which is bent downwardly to supply the product threshed by the radial threshing mechanism toward the lower product supply opening of the axial threshing and separating arrangement.

Harvester thresher

A self-propelled harvester thresher has a housing, and at least one axial threshing and separating device with a rotatable drum and a casing surrounding the latter, wherein the axial threshing and separating device is turnable between a working position in which it extends transverse to a transporting direction of the harvester thresher, and a transporting position in which it does not exceed permissible street width.

A self-propelled harvester thresher operating in accordance with an axial threshing principle has an axial threshing and separating mechanism located between a cutting mechanism trough and an inclined conveyor, and an introducing drum for introducing the product cut by the cutting mechanism trough into the axial threshing and separating mechanism and formed as an exchangeable threshing drum corresponding to a product to be threshed, so that a threshing and separating element of the threshing and separating mechanism thus performs only post threshing and separating functions.

An axial threshing and separating arrangement in a housing includes two threshing drums and two thresh basket-sieve casing units associated therewith, wherein the distance between the axes of rotation of the threshing drums corresponds substantially to the outer diameter of one thresh basket-sieve casing unit, and the units can be arranged over one another and overlap with their ends in the product supply region by substantially the double width of a product supply opening.
