A template selector () selecting a template from a plurality of templates, the template defining a structure for the report and data fields to be filled in for the report, wherein the template further defines associations between data fields and view descriptors, wherein a view descriptor defines an image type and a presentation mode of the image type. A data field presenter () presenting a representation of the data fields of the template to a user. An image dataset selector () automatically selecting at least one image dataset having the image type defined by the view descriptor associated with the selected at least one data field. A view generator () automatically generating a view of the at least one selected image dataset based on the presentation mode defined by the view descriptor associated with the selected at least one data field. A report generator () for generating the report based on the template and the data provided by the user.

Generating a report based on image data

A system for processing a report, comprising a natural language processing unit () for processing a natural language textual report to detect a description of a reference to at least part of a data object, wherein the description is expressed in natural language as a part of the natural language textual report. The system comprises an accessing unit () for accessing said at least part of the data object in a collection of data objects, based on the reference. The system comprises an associating unit () for associating the accessed at least part of the data object with the description of the reference. Associating acquired images with objects

The invention relates to a method of processing temporally acquired image data with an obtaining step for obtaining the temporally acquired image data, a computing step for computing a time-variability map on the basis of the temporally acquired image data, a classifying step for classifying locations of the temporally acquired image data on the basis of the time-variability map, and a determining step for determining an artifact region and a non-artifact region in the temporally acquired image data on the basis of the classified locations. After determining the artifact region and the non-artifact region, detecting an object in a detecting step is limited to the non-artifact region. This advantageously reduces the risk of falsely identifying the detected object as an object of interest.
