A method for controlling an electricity distribution grid having a nominal grid voltage, in particular in a critical grid situation, wherein a grid control center is provided for controlling the electricity distribution grid and the electricity distribution grid has at least one control region that comprises a plurality of mutually geographically separate wind farms, comprising the steps of: querying power outputs available from the wind farms, in particular on the basis of a weather forecast; defining a control node within the control region, in particular on the basis of the queried available power out-puts, preferably performed by the grid operator; combining a number of wind farms at the calculated control node to form a wind power plant on the basis of the queried available power outputs and/or a probability distribution of the available power output; controlling the wind power plant, in particular through the grid control center, by way of a wind power plant control unit, such that a required voltage quality and/or frequency stability and/or uninterrupted availability is provided in the control region.

Dynamic wind-energy plant

A method for providing electric exchange power for multiple electric vehicles of a fleet of electric vehicles, for feeding into an electricity supply grid or drawing from the electricity supply grid by way of a charging infrastructure of the fleet, wherein a positive exchange power denotes an electric power drawn from the electricity supply grid by the fleet and a negative exchange power denotes an electric power fed into the electricity supply grid by the fleet, and wherein each electric vehicle has an electrical storage unit having a changeable state of charge, and the sum of the changeable states of charge of the electric vehicles of the fleet, and possibly further changeable states of charge of further storage units, forms a changeable sum state of charge, wherein a state of charge range is determined for a provision period, this state of charge range spanning an operating range that should contain the sum state of charge, wherein the state of charge range is characterized by a time-dependent upper limit that specifies maximum values that should not be exceeded for the sum state of charge in a time-dependent manner, and by a time-dependent lower limit that specifies minimum values that should not be dropped below for the sum state of charge in a time-dependent manner, and wherein the state of charge range is determined on the basis of the states of charge of the electric vehicles, and wherein the electric exchange power is controlled in the provision period such that the sum state of charge does not leave the state of charge range.

Charging control of a fleet

Provided is a method for controlling an exchange power between a charging infrastructure and an electrical supply network. A plurality of power units for outputting or taking up electrical power are connectable to the charging infrastructure in order to exchange electrical power between the power units and the electrical supply network via the charging infrastructure. The method includes determining an energy predefinition for a control time period, predefining a power limitation, and predefining an exchange power profile depending on the energy predefinition and the power limitation. The method includes determining partial exchange powers for the power units. A sum of the partial exchange powers substantially corresponds to the exchange power, determining the partial exchange powers is effected depending on states of charge of the power units, and determining the partial exchange powers is effected taking account of partial power limits of the power units.

Method for controlling an exchange power between a charging infrastructure and an electrical supply network

Provided is a method for feeding electrical power into an electrical supply network comprising a plurality of consumers for consuming power and a plurality of infeed apparatuses for feeding power. An infeed apparatus is a converter or conventional infeed apparatus and has a rated power. A converter infeed apparatus feeds power using a frequency converter or inverter, and a conventional infeed apparatus denotes all other infeed apparatuses. The infeed is controlled depending on a static converter penetration and a dynamic converter penetration of the network or a section thereof. The static converter penetration denotes a ratio of a sum of rated powers of all converter infeed apparatuses connected to the network or section to a sum of rated powers of all infeed apparatuses, and the dynamic converter penetration denotes a ratio of power fed in by all converter infeed apparatuses to power fed in by all infeed apparatuses.

Method for feeding electrical power into an electrical supply network

The disclosure relates to a method for monitoring an electricity supply grid, wherein the electricity supply grid has a grid frequency and a grid topology with a plurality of grid nodes, a plurality of converter-controlled infeed units are each connected to the electricity supply grid via a grid connection point, and the grid connection points are distributed over the grid topology, comprising the steps of acquiring in each case at least one node voltage at the grid connection point or at a grid node, assigned to the grid connection point, of the plurality of grid nodes, such that a plurality of node voltages are acquired, wherein each grid connection point or grid node is assigned a location in the grid topology, which is referred to as node location, and the acquired node voltage is characterized by a node phase angle as phase angle of the node voltage, assigning an associated node location to each node voltage, and ascertaining grid statuses distributed over the grid topology from the acquired node voltages, each with an assigned node location, in particular from the node phase angles or phase relationships between at least two grid nodes.

Method for monitoring an electricity supply grid

A charging station for charging electric vehicles is provided. The charging station includes a plurality of AC charging terminals, each for charging an electric vehicle by means of alternating current. Each of the AC charging terminals is connected to a three-phase power supply via a respective phase-change device in order to be supplied thereby with three-phase electric current. The power supply has three supply lines for providing three voltage phases, and each AC charging terminal has three connection lines for connection to the three supply lines, for applying the three voltage phases to the connection lines. Each phase-change device is set up to change a connection assignment between the three supply lines and the three connection lines.

A method for planning a power exchange between a charging infrastructure and an electricity supply grid. The infrastructure has a plurality of terminals for connecting and charging electric vehicles such that the electric vehicles can exchange power with the grid via the terminals. Each electric vehicle has an electrical storage unit with a variable individual state of charge for drawing and outputting power, and all of the storage units connected to the infrastructure form an overall storage unit of the infrastructure, which overall storage unit is characterized by a total storage capacity and a total state of charge that are variable. The prediction of arrival times of the vehicles at the terminals thereof is created, and a total state of charge prediction is created for a prediction period depending on the prediction of the arrival times, wherein the total state of charge prediction is created as a time profile.

Method for dynamic clustering of electrical installations, in particular for rendering ancillary services

A method for feeding electric power into an electric supply network using a wind park having wind power installations is provided. An expected power is determined for a predetermined feed-in period, where the expected power indicates a power value or temporal profile of power expected to be available to the park as power from wind in the predetermined feed-in period. An expected accuracy is determined and is a measure of how accurately the power reaches the expected power in the feed-in period. To determine the expected power, at least one expected wind variable representative of the expected wind speed is determined using a weather forecast, and the expected wind variable is additionally determined or verified, proceeding from the weather forecast, using a correction rule based on local weather data and/or operating data of the park. The expected power is determined on the basis of the expected wind variable.

Method and wind park for feeding electric power into an electric supply network

A method for detecting low-frequency oscillations, in particular subsynchronous resonances, in an electrical supply grid is provided. The grid has a line voltage with a rated line frequency. The method comprises recording first and second series of measurements each for performing a frequency analysis (FFT). The method includes performing a lower frequency analysis for the first series for a lower frequency range and forming a lower amplitude spectrum. The method includes performing an upper frequency analysis for the second series for an upper frequency range and forming an upper amplitude spectrum. The method includes testing whether a low-frequency oscillation component can be identified in the lower amplitude spectrum, and testing whether a low-frequency oscillation component can be identified in the upper amplitude spectrum, where the presence of a low-frequency oscillation is assumed when a low-frequency oscillation component is identified in at least one of the lower and upper amplitude spectra.

Wind turbine and method for detecting low-frequency oscillations in an electrical supply grid

Provided is a method for monitoring a three-phase electricity supply grid. The grid has a topology with spatially distributed grid nodes. Grid nodes are in the form of observation nodes at each of which at least one voltage is acquired in terms of absolute value and phase. The method includes acquiring in each case at least one node voltage at each observation node, where each node voltage has is a node phase angle as phase angle of the node voltage, and each node phase angle describes a respective phase angle with respect to a reference phase angle of a voltage. The method includes ascertaining at least one phase angle relationship that describes a relationship between at least two of the node phase angles distributed over the grid topology, and checking the electricity supply grid for a grid disturbance on the basis of the at least one phase angle relationship.

The invention relates to a controller for a wind turbine with an operating software for operating the wind turbine, wherein the operating software is set up to regulate or control at least an electrical output of a wind turbine generator, a speed of a wind turbine rotor, an azimuth angle of a wind turbine nacelle, and a pitch angle of at least one rotor blade of the wind turbine rotor, wherein the operating software comprises a core module and at least one customer application. The customer application is set up to determine a parameter, in particular a control variable, in particular a target value, depending on at least one function of the customer application, and provide it for the core module. The core module is set up to detect and/or predict a load acting on the wind turbine during an operation of the wind turbine, and in a case where a detected or predicted load lies below a predefined load limit, to operate the wind turbine as a function of the parameter provided by the customer application, and in a case where a detected or predicted load exceeds the predefined load limit, to adjust the prepared parameter and leave the wind turbine unconsidered as a function of the adjusted parameter or the provided parameter, and operate the wind turbine with a parameter determined in the core module. The controller further has a first programming interface and a second programming interface, wherein the first programming interface is set up to program the core module, in particular the load limits, and wherein the second programming interface is set up to program the customer applications, in particular their function, and prevent the core module from being reprogrammed via the second programming interface. Controller and method for a wind turbine as well as computer program

Provided is a method for controlling a wind turbine for feeding electrical power into an electrical supply grid. The turbine comprises a tower, a nacelle, an aerodynamic rotor, a generator coupled to the aerodynamic rotor and intended for generating power from wind, a power unit for controlling the generator for controlling power output by the generator and/or for controlling a generator torque and a feed-in unit for feeding the power output by the generator or part thereof into the electrical supply grid. The method comprises controlling the turbine such that, in normal operation, a feed-in power is fed into the electrical supply grid in dependence on the wind and changing the feed-in power in dependence on a grid state and/or a grid demand of the electrical supply grid such that a specifiable mechanical, in particular momentary, loading limit of the turbine is maintained.
