A hybrid module for a drive train of a vehicle, including a first disconnect clutch (), an electric motor (), and a second disconnect clutch (). Hybrid module for a drive train of a vehicle

Double clutch comprising a torsional vibration damper

A multiple clutch device which includes a drive unit, a downstream transmission connected to a drive shaft of the drive unit and accommodated in a clutch bell that does not co-rotate with the drive shaft, two wet multi-plate clutches, which include a plate support at the input and output end and plates alternating axially, and an actuation mechanism. A housing of the actuation mechanism is supported on the clutch bell, and the plate support at the input end of at least one of the multi-plate clutches is connected to the housing by a supporting metal sheet or a supporting pot and a footstep bearing such that a flow of an actuation force generated by the actuation mechanism is redirected to the housing of the actuation mechanism via the supporting metal sheet or the supporting pot and the footstep bearing, thus creating a closed force flow within the device.

Multiple clutch device

A clutch unit () including at least one wet clutch () and a torsional vibration damper () which are accommodated in a housing () driven by the drive unit. In order to simplify assembly, pre-assembled modular units () are formed that are joined together during the final assembly process. Advantageously, a separation point is provided between two modular units in the torsional vibration damper, wherein one modular unit () includes the energy accumulators () captively accommodated in a housing part (), while the other modular unit () includes the output part of the torsional vibration damper as an input part () of the at least one wet clutch.

Clutch unit comprising a torsional vibration damper

A clutch unit, which has at least one wet clutch that is arranged in a housing, which is driven by a drive unit. The clutch is effectively connected to an input part. To simultaneously associate a torsional vibration damper, e.g. a centrifugal pendulum, with the input part, a support disk of the torsional vibration damper is connected to the input part so that no or only minor vibrations are generated, allowing the frequency of the torsional vibration damper to be sufficiently adjusted. For this purpose, at least one plate support is connected to a single support disk which is fixedly mounted on the clutch hub and is thus made rigid. Preferably, the plate support further reduces vibration tolerance.

Clutch unit

A clutch unit for use in the drive train of a motor vehicle between a drive unit and a transmission including at least one transmission input shaft. The clutch unit includes at least one wet clutch device that is provided with a plurality of clutch elements, in particular clutch discs, that are at least partially wetted by a coolant such as oil. The coolant carries away frictional heat that is generated by slippage between adjacent clutch discs during certain vehicle operating conditions. The heat absorbed by the clutch coolant is cooled by heat transfer from the coolant to a cooler that surrounds the clutch unit.

Clutch unit including a wet clutch

A heat exchanger comprising at least one pipe () and at least one lamina (), for exchanging heat between a first coolant that flows through the pipe () and a second coolant that wets the heat exchanger under the influence of centrifugal forces in order to be cooled and to be available to further cool a rotating machine element () that is situated in a housing (). The heat exchanger is of approximately ring-shaped design, essentially surrounds the rotating machine element () and is integrated into the housing ().

A liquid-cooled friction clutch contains at least one lamella, which is connected rotationally fixed to a driveshaft, at least one lamella, which is connected rotationally fixed to an output shaft, these lamellae being able to be pressed mutually against one another and being positioned inside a clutch housing connected rotationally fixed to the driveshaft, and a coolant liquid return line, which leads from an area radially outside the lamellae to an area radially inside the lamellae and returns coolant liquid after its radial flow along the lamellae from the radial external area into the radial internal area, an end area of the return line being implemented as a scoop tube having an intake opening which is immersed radially outside the lamellae in a coolant liquid ring rotating together with the clutch housing and returns the coolant liquid into the area radially inside the lamellae without flowing through a pump driven by external force.
