A color selection electrode (31) for a color television display tube is suspended in the corners of the display window (20) by means of suspension means including a flat resilient element (37). The resilient element (37) is connected to the color selection electrode (31) or to another element of the suspension means by means of a substantially punctiform connection (48). Because of the flexibility of the punctiform connection (48) the suspension means exerts minimal moments on the color selection electrode (31).

Color television display tube

A bearing arrangement for a connecting rod big end journalled on a crankshaft pin, for lubrication by splash or mist. Adjoining the cylindrical journal on the crankshaft pin and the rod big end, facing generally planar surfaces on the crankshaft and the rod big end have a pattern of shallow lubricant pumping grooves to provide a constant, reliable flow of oil through the bearing. At the opposite end of the connecting rod plain bearing, other plane surfaces may provide either draining grooves or grooves which pump oil outward to an axial bearing surface.

Connecting rod bearing arrangement

Method and apparatus for extruding burr holes in a metal sheet, in which a punch with a conical end portion and adjoining cylindrical portion of a diameter greater than the inner burr diameter is passed through the burr. The conical end portion has a half apex angle between 10.degree. and 20.degree., and the axial length of the cylindrical portion and the coefficient of friction between the cylindrical portion and the burr wall are selected according to a specified relationship.
