The disclosure relates to a method for mitigating interference of a first radio signal received by a first transceiver of a first radio access technology (RAT) due to transmission of a second radio signal by a second transceiver of a second RAT, wherein the first transceiver and the second transceiver are physically collocated on a same device. The method includes: pre-setting a power of the second radio signal based on a throughput performance requirement for the first radio signal before transmission of the second radio signal, and tuning the power of the second radio signal during transmission of the second radio signal based on estimating the interference of the first radio signal.

Method and device for mitigating interference in collocated transceivers

A system and apparatus for establishing whether a received signal frame is an audio signal frame is disclosed. In one embodiment, the system includes a predetermined position in an audio signal frame containing a piece of secondary information for an audio characteristic of the audio data, with a selection device for selecting a succession of bits which is arranged at the predetermined position in the received signal frame. A decision-making device flags the received signal frame as an audio signal frame if the succession of bits represents the piece of secondary information.

Apparatus and method for identifying signal frames as audio signal frames

Receiver for Receiving Data Frames. According to one aspect, a receiver for receiving data frames which contain information data includes a signal input. Further, the receiver includes a data frame separator circuit for separating the signaling data from the information data. A switching device connects the data present at current input to a data output. A channel decoding circuit decodes the data which is present and generates signals which indicate whether the decoding has been carried out correctly. When correct decoding has taken place, a control circuit buffers all data and outputs a signal to the switching device to connect the buffered information data to the channel decoding circuit. When the signal indicates the correct decoding is received, the control circuit outputs the decoded information data.

Receiver

The invention relates to a method and to a device for identifying markers in data blocks. The method is characterized in that a number of data blocks () are received by a receiver () and one specific data block from the number of data blocks () is analyzed in order to determine whether the specific data block contains a marker () or not. Once a data block that contains a marker () is identified, a full-rate signaling block () that is transmitted at full rate and a half-rate signaling block () that is transmitted at half rate are searched for markers. A predetermined reference pattern is provided for correlation that is subsequently divided into sub-ranges that in turn are correlated with a predetermined reference pattern to identify a signaling frame in the full-rate signaling blocks () and/or the half-rate signaling blocks ().

Recognition of identification patterns

A circuit for recording and playing back voice in digital mobile radio devices and a method for appropriately recording and playing back the voice.
