A screwing device () and a screwing method use a multi-member () robot () having a driven rotational axis. The robot (), on its last member (), carries a rotational device () with a rotational tool (). The rotational device is driven independently and is provided and designed for rapidly screwing a rotating part () on or off. The screwing tightening or untightening of the rotating part () is performed by the robot () and in particular by the robot end member ().
