The invention relates to a quick chucking unit with a chuck receptacle formed by a basic body, with at least one chucking element that can move relative to the basic body between an unlatched and latched position, with a cylinder and a piston element situated within the cylinder, which together with the cylinder, borders at least one pressure region, wherein pressurizing the pressure region moves the chucking element into the latched or unlatched position, wherein the piston element is designed as a piston element fixed in place relative to the basic body, and the cylinder is designed as a cylinder element that can move relative to the basic body and piston element. The invention also relates to a sealing unit for such a quick chucking unit, as well as to a quick chucking system.

The invention relates to a rapid clamping system (), comprising a clamping housing (), with a piston () acted on from one side by springs () and which may be pressurised from the other side, with an actuator () arranged on the piston () to follow the piston movement, with at least one clamping bolt () arranged to be displaced perpendicular to the piston axis (), in a working coupling acting in both directions of displacement with the actuator () by means of an inclined guide (), whereby, with the springs () extended, the clamping bolt () takes up a locking position for locking a clamping pin () which may be introduced in the clamping housing () and which adopts an unlocking position for removal of the clamping pin () on corresponding pressurization of the piston (). The invention is characterized in that the inclined guide () has an irregular guide contour () with varying angles of inclination (&#x3b1;, &#x3b2;, &#x3b3;, &#x3b4;) relative to the piston axis () to achieve varying translation ratios.

Rapid clamping system

A clamping chuck has a chuck body and clamping jaws that are shiftable in radial jaw guides. Conveying elements are radially guided in the chuck body. Lubricant is pumped into lubricating orifices, and through them to lubrication points by radial motion of the conveying elements. Each pocket has at least one pump piston in a cylinder bore of the conveying element, and is held in the pocket in so that the conveying element moves relative to the pump piston. The pump piston protrudes through the conveying element and into the radially outer region of the pocket. The tubular end portion is connected to the piston space. A first nonreturn valve is provided in the pump piston. The piston space is connected to a lubricating orifice of the chuck body, and a second nonreturn valve allows lubricant flow from the piston chamber to the lubricant conduit.
