In order to produce a high pressure hose having a fitting for attachment to a corresponding connector member, wherein the fitting comprises a connecting element for establishing connection to the high pressure hose and a coupling element for establishing a nipple/sleeve connection to the connector member, in such manner that a cost effective connection between the high pressure hose and the fitting can be established within a short period of time during the assembly thereof, it is proposed that the connecting element be in the form of a socket piece into which one end region of the high pressure hose is inserted and that the fitting form an interlocking closure assembly with the high pressure hose.

In a high-pressure cleaning apparatus comprising an electric motor arranged in a housing, a high-pressure pump arranged in a housing with at least one piston entering a pump chamber in a sealed manner, and a swash plate carried by a motor shaft protruding from the housing of the electric motor, with the piston or pistons of the high-pressure pump resting in a resilient manner against the swash plate, in order to achieve electrical insulation in the region of the swash plate drive, it is proposed that the transition from the motor shaft via the swash plate to the piston or pistons be electrically interrupted by an electrically insulating material being interposed therebetween.

Rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device

A rotor nozzle for a high pressure cleaning apparatus has a rotor mounted to rotate within a housing driven by the flow of cleaning fluid with a fixed axis of rotation along the longitudinal axis of the housing. A nozzle mounted in an elongated member is captured between a driven portion of the rotor and a cup-like member open at its center and defining an exit orifice of the housing. The end of the nozzle assembly captured in the cup-like member preferably has a ball-shaped end to maintain a good seal. The point of connection of the driver to elongate member is radially offset with respect to the rotor axis of rotation to angle the exit axis of the nozzle at an acute angle with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor. In an alternative form, the rotor includes counterweights that move radially outward against a spring force to provide an automatic adjustability of the exit angle as a function of the supply of the cleaning liquid.
