A cladding part for a motor vehicle has an external side, and an internal side which is disposed opposite the external side. At least one sensor is disposed on the internal side. The cladding part has at least one main region and at least one functional region, wherein the functional region in terms of oscillations has a lower damping value than the main region. The functional region at least in portions is surrounded by a decoupling region, wherein the cladding part in the decoupling region has a first mechanical rigidity value and in the main region has a second mechanical rigidity value. The first rigidity value is lower than the second rigidity value.

Cladding part and method for producing a cladding part

A method is provided for producing a multi-section plastic component in which a first plastic injection-molded individual part and a second plastic injection-molded individual part are formed. The plastic injection-molded individual parts are joined by injecting a plastic moulding compound. The plastic molding compound is a non-elastomeric thermoplastic and forms a plastic connecting component following a curing process. The plastic injection-molded individual parts and plastic connecting component are then at least partially painted.

Method for producing a multi-section plastic component, and a multi-section plastic component

For facilitating mounting of a head section of a sleeve, which is used for guiding a line, in a mounting opening, a reinforcing part is provided. The reinforcing part is placed in the radial direction on the line only after the guiding-through of the line and the insertion of the head section in the mounting opening. The reinforcing part is divided at least into two mutually displaceable sections. After the placing of the reinforcing part on the line, the two sections of the reinforcing part are guided together. Subsequently, the reinforcing part is inserted in the axial direction into the head section of the sleeve. By use of the reinforcing part, the sealing effect of the sleeve is improved, and a twisting of the sleeve in the mounting opening is prevented.
