Disclosed is a socket unit comprising a first body portion comprising a first rear end portion for connection to the output shaft of a power tool and a front end portion adapted for engagement with a screw joint and a second body portion comprising a second rear end portion for connection to the output shaft of the direct driven power tool or a second front end portion adapted for engagement with a screw joint. The second body portion is at least partly arranged in the first body portion, and a relative rotation between the first and second body portions is allowed, such that one of the first and second body portions may rotate over a predetermined allowable angular range when the other is in engagement with the screw joint. An electric power tool for tightening screw joints includes a housing that encloses an electric motor, an angle gear, a back torque transducer, and a front torque transducer. The angle gear includes an input bevel gear drivingly connected to the electric motor and an output bevel gear drivingly connected to an output shaft of the electric power tool. The back torque transducer is arranged to measure a back torque reaction value before the input bevel gear. And the front torque transducer is arranged to measure a front torque reaction value after the output bevel gear.

An electric pulse tool includes an electric motor drivingly connected to a flywheel, an output shaft drivingly connected to a drive element, and a compression spring. The electric pulse tool is operative to oscillate the flywheel between a first and a second direction. The flywheel is configured to drive the drive element in the first direction to provide a torque pulse on the output shaft in the first direction, whereby the drive element compress the compression spring. The drive element is configured to drive the flywheel in the second direction, when the compression spring is decompressed and forces the drive element to rotate in the second direction.
