The present invention describes a medical kitfor facilitation of changing a urinary catheter in a patient, wherein the medical kitcomprises a first component in the form of a containerand a second component being a clamping unitcomprising two opposite clamping portions, which containerand which clamping unitare adapted to be reassembled so that the clamping unitconstitutes an end unit of the containerand clamping unit, and which clamping unitallows for a catheterto be pulled through and between the clamping portionswhere the clamping portionshave a pressing effect on the catheterbut still allows for a sliding contact between the clamping portionsand the compressed catheter, allowing for gelatinization of a urethra from the inside out when a cathetercontaining lubricant/anaesthetic gel is pulled out from the patient and through and between the clamping portions, said catheterintended to be contained in the containerduring removal of the catheterand after usage for a hygienic procedure.
