A hydraulic system for moving an implement of a working machine includes a hydraulic cylinder with a cylinder and a piston which is adapted to move in the cylinder to thereby move the implement relative to a body structure of the working machine, and an actuator pump arranged to provide hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder having a first port and a second port adapted to be in fluid communication with the actuator pump, the hydraulic cylinder and the actuator pump being arranged so that the hydraulic cylinder is directly controlled by the actuator pump so that the rate of movement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder is purely pump controlled, the hydraulic system further including a hydraulic accumulator for suspension of the implement, which hydraulic accumulator is arranged to be selectively connectable to the first port, the hydraulic system further including a further pump in addition to the actuator pump, the hydraulic accumulator being arranged to be pressurised by the further pump.

Hydraulic system and a method for moving an implement of a working machine

A method is provided for recuperating potential energy during a lowering operation of a load, wherein a hydraulic system is adapted to lift and lower the load. In the method, at least two energy recuperation modes are provided, one of the modes is selected in response to a current operating state, and the hydraulic system is controlled according to the selected mode.

The invention relates to a system for handling an implement on a vehicle which comprises a frame. The system comprises a lifting apparatus arranged between the frame and the implement for raising and lowering the implement in relation to the frame, a pump () coupled to the lifting apparatus for supplying this with a fluid in order to produce said movements, and an operating valve () arranged between the pump and the lifting apparatus for controlling the flow of said fluid to the of said fluid to and from the lifting apparatus. The system further comprises a control device () which is designed to disconnect the control of the lifting apparatus via said fluid. The control device is coupled in such a way to an operating element) arranged in the vehicle cab () that control of the control device via the operating element is permitted independently of the control of the operating valve.
