The present invention relates to a ball game racket with strings that comprise at least one string comprising a superelastic material.

The invention relates to a racket for ball games, in particular a tennis or squash racket, comprising a head region for receiving a stringing as well as at least one joint which is provided in the head region and the joint axis of which is arranged essentially perpendicularly with respect to a stringing plane formed by the stringing.

A ball game racket according to the present invention comprises a racket head and a racket shaft, wherein the racket head comprises a stringing having transverse strings and longitudinal strings each having a vibration length. The racket head comprises a means which reduces the vibration length of a plurality of strings on both sides of the stringing depending on the deflection of the strings. The means is attached as a separate part to the racket head.

The disclosure relates to a racket for ball games, and in particular, a tennis or squash racket, with a head region for receiving a stringing defining a stringing plane, a grip portion for holding the racket, and a heart region wherein the heart region has two arms and a bridge. The bridge may be pivot-mounted on both arms relative to an axis substantially perpendicular to the stringing plane. The present disclosure further relates to a method for manufacturing a racket including the step of manufacturing a racket frame with a head region, two arms, and a grip portion in a blow molding process. The method may also include manufacturing a bridge for a racket frame in the blow molding process. The method may further include connecting the bridge with the remaining racket frame.

A racket for ball games may include a frame which is formed by a frame profile or a hollow profile and has a racket head and a handle portion connected thereto preferably via a heart region. Two indentations that are symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the racket may be provided in the heart region of the frame. A vibrating device may be arranged in each of the two indentations. The vibrating means of the racket may preferably be effective for vibrations having at least two vibration modes or degrees of freedom. Additionally or alternatively, a racket for ball games may include a frame which forms a head region for receiving strings and a handle portion for holding the racket. The frame may include one respective inwardly-facing C-profile in at least two segments of the head region.

Racket for ball games

The present invention relates to a dampening device for ball game rackets. The dampening device of the present invention includes at least one dampening element having a foot or base region, a head region and a neck or connection region arranged between the foot region and the head region. The provision of a neck or connection region leads to an optimum distance between foot or base region and head region and/or an optimum and safe positioning of the head region in the stringing plane at a preferred distance from the heart region of the racket. Preferably, the neck region is tapered or necked relative to the foot or base region and/or the head region at least in the width or thickness direction of the dampening device of the invention.

The present invention relates to an improved racket for ball games, in particular a tennis racket, squash racket, badminton racket, racquet ball racket or paddle tennis racket comprising a frame consisting of a racket head and a handle portion connected thereto and being formed of a frame profile, wherein the racket head defines a stringing plane. The frame profile comprises four trough-shaped depressions which are arranged opposite to one another in pairs and essentially symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of the racket. The depressions are preferably formed in the area between two o'clock and four o'clock and/or eight o'clock and ten o'clock on the racket head. Particularly preferably, the positions are at about three o'clock and/or nine o'clock. The racket of the present invention thus exhibits particularly advantageous ball control characteristics.

Racket for ball games and production process

The present invention relates to a racket for ball games, in particular a tennis racket, squash racket, badminton racket, racquet ball racket or paddle tennis racket comprising a frame consisting of a racket head and a handle portion connected thereto and being formed of a hollow profile. The hollow profile is formed by winding a plurality of web-like layers. On the racket head and/or in the heart region, the racket comprises at least one dampening layer being wrapped between the layers forming the hollow profile. The racket thus exhibits excellent dampening characteristics and can effectively minimize shock and/or vibration.

The present invention relates to an improved racket for ball games, in particular a tennis racket, squash racket, badminton racket, racquet ball racket or paddle tennis racket, comprising a frame consisting of a racket head and a handle portion connected thereto and being formed of a frame profile, wherein the racket head defines a stringing plane. The frame profile comprises at least one opening extending through the frame profile essentially perpendicular with respect to the stringing plane of the racket. Preferably, at least two openings of this kind are provided essentially symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of the racket at about two o'clock to four o'clock and/or eight o'clock to ten o'clock on the racket head. Particularly preferably, the openings are at about three o'clock and/or nine o'clock. The racket of the present invention thus exhibits particularly advantageous ball control characteristics.
