According to one aspect, a web optimized user device is provided. The web optimized device reduces complexity and facilitates interaction with web-based services and content. The web optimized device can be configured without a hard drive, facilitating integration of web-based services into a computing experience. The web optimized device presents a user interface that integrates video functionality into every aspect of the computer content accessed. In particular, a display manager manages the user interface presented and integrates video displays and features into the content displays in a content and/or context aware manner. These displays permit a user to intuitively interact with the video content and features while the user changes content, for example, web-based services, web-based applications, and other media content, without interruption of or interference from the video content.

Video integration

According to various aspects, systems and methods are provided for automatically matching recruiters to job openings. The system may train one or more models that determine a measure of compatibility between a recruiter and a job opening. The system may train the model(s) using stored records of activity tracked by the system. The measure of compatibility may be used to determine whether a recruiter is likely to place a candidate for a job opening. Some embodiments provide a system that can collect objective data about recruiters and hiring parties, and use the objective data to train the model(s).

Talent platform exchange and recruiter matching system

According to various aspects, systems and methods are provided for tracking actions performed in various disparate talent platforms, and generating ratings for parties that use the talent platforms based on the tracked actions. Some embodiments provide objective ratings of hiring and staffing parties that are automatically determined based on stored data records of tracked actions.
