The invention describes a pressure transducer having a pressure measuring cell, a position sensor, and an analysis device which has at least one signal processing device and a position correction device for the purpose of determining a position error, wherein the at least one position sensor is arranged in a stationary position relative to the pressure measuring cell, and the position sensor is electrically connected to the position correction device, wherein a first signal is provided by the signal processing device, said signal being determined from a signal provided by the pressure measuring cell, wherein a second signal is provided by the position sensor, and wherein an output signal is provided by the position correction device, determined from the first and the second signals.

The invention is a vibration sensor with a carrying element capable of being set into vibration; a conversion device having a field coil to set and/or tap the carrying element into vibration; an anchor mounted in the field coil; and, a vibration element to transmit the vibrations from the carrying element into/from a surrounding space. The anchor is designed as two parts, having a permanent magnet and a coil core connected to the field coil, with an air gap arranged therebetween and lying in the area of the axial extension of the field coil. The permanent magnet is connected to the carrying element to transmit vibrations; and, the field coil and the permanent magnet are arranged to interact in such a way that any vibration of the permanent magnet induces current flow in the field coil and/or induces vibration of the permanent magnet in the field coil.

Measuring device for determining and/or monitoring the amount of contents in a container

The invention is a method and system for detection and compensation of a rapid change in temperature on a pressure measurement cell, in which a measurement signal proportional to the deflection of a diaphragm is generated by means of a sensor. A reference signal proportional to the deflection of the diaphragm is generated by a second sensor; and, measured values are generated by a microprocessor from the measurement signal while the respective reference values are generated from the reference signal. The reference values are compared with the expected values from a tolerance band, and either a pressure-induced deflection of the diaphragm is detected when there is a correspondence, and the measured values are output as measured values for the measured pressure; or, if there is not a correspondence, a deflection of the diaphragm due to a rapid change in temperature is detected, the measured values are corrected and output.

Method and system for detection and compensation of a rapid temperature change on a pressure measurement cell

Described is a component for a fill level measuring device or for a pressure measuring device. The component may include a coating with a microsmooth surface so that the microsmooth surface remains essentially free of any deposits.

Fill level sensor or pressure sensor with an anti-adhesive coating

The invention relates to a level meter () with an outer oscillating body () and an inner oscillating body (), which bodies are coaxially positioned relative to a longitudinal axis (X), with a drive and reception device () for exciting an oscillation in the oscillating bodies or for detecting an oscillation in the oscillating bodies, with a diaphragm () for elastically coupling one of the oscillating bodies (), and with a clamping device () for clamping the drive and/or reception device () against the oscillating bodies. The level meter is advantageously characterized by the diaphragm (), which runs in a lateral direction relative to the longitudinal axis (X) of the outer oscillating body () and on the outside passes into a transitional element (), said transitional element () being positioned between the drive and/or reception device and the inner oscillating body for the purpose of transmitting the oscillations between the drive and/or reception device and the inner oscillating body, and said transitional element () running in part, with one wall (), in a lateral direction adjacent to the diaphragm (); the clamping device, which clamps the diaphragm () and the drive and/or reception device in such a way that the drive and/or reception device is clamped against the transitional element; and a gap (s) between the adjacent walls () of the diaphragm () and of the transitional element (). The design and dimensions of the gap permit the free oscillation of the diaphragm vis-a-vis the transitional element. At the same time, when strong lateral displacing forces are exerted on the outer oscillating body, the diaphragm will come up against the adjacent wall due to the smaller dimensions of the gap, with the result that a plastic deformation of the diaphragm is avoided. Also prevented is the disengagement of the drive and/or reception device.

Pressure-measuring configuration, with a throughplating through a separator located between a diaphragm and a base, as well as a process for providing the electrical contact

A pressure cell contains a base body ( ), a membrane ( ) that is arranged on the base body ( ) and can be deformed by a pressure to be measured, as well as a first and a second temperature sensor. The second temperature sensor is spaced apart from the first temperature sensor in the direction of a temperature gradient. Temperature shocks of the measuring cell can be determined and compensated by monitoring the difference between the temperatures measured by the sensors or changes in the temperatures measured by a sensor.

Pressure cell with temperature sensors and pressure measuring method

A pressure-measuring cell having a base and a diaphragm positioned on the base is deformed by a pressure being measured. A temperature-measuring sensor is positioned between the diaphragm and the base preferably embedded in a material layer that seals a compartment. The diaphragm is preferably made of a ceramic and the material layer is preferably made of a glass.
