A device for fueling motor vehicles with a fluid used as a fuel and composed of liquefied gas, in particular liquefied natural gas, includes: at least one storage container; a cooling device; at least one conveying device for feeding the fluid from the at least one storage container to at least one fueling device for motor vehicles; and at least one line for supplying the fluid to the fueling device. The at least one line includes a media-conveying central pipeline as a medium pipe and at least one additional media-conveying pipeline that is arranged concentrically with respect to the central pipeline and defines an annular space together with the media-conveying central pipeline. The media-conveying central pipeline and the at least one annular space supply and return the fluid or a gas flow. The at least one additional media-conveying pipeline is surrounded by a jacket pipe.

Device for fuelling motor vehicles with liquefied gas

A method for coating a pipe involves applying a coating material of cellular structured extruded thermoplastic material to the pipe and enclosing it on the outside by an outer covering layer of compact plastic. In an extrusion head, the annular opening for supplying coating material can be adjusted to a desired temperature by a region having coolant channels separated from the annular opening by an annular heat exchange surface. Before being applied to the pipe, the flowable coating material is guided along the heat exchange surface and cooled to a temperature just above the solidification temperature thereof. After the coating material leaves the annular opening, the coating material expands in a controlled manner, widening the outer covering layer depending on the adjusted temperature of the coating material, until the coating material begins to solidify. The outer covering layer surface condition can correspond to or be different from the pipe.

Method and apparatus for coating a pipe

A double-wall pipe includes a media-conveying inner tube, and a multilayer plastics outer tube with a gas permeation barrier layer. The plastics outer tube includes a significant proportion of polyethylene (PE). The gas permeation barrier layer consists of a compact extruded polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer having a material thickness of from 0.8 mm to 2 mm or comprises a closed-cell foam made from PET having a material thickness of between 10 mm and 100 mm. A heat insulating layer is arranged in an annular gap between the inner tube and the plastics outer tube.

A coupling connection for corrugated pipes includes a coupling element, a support ring which is attachable in a positive fit against an inner wall face of the corrugated pipe, a first annular element which is axially fixable on a circumferential face of the corrugated pipe, a portion of the corrugated pipe being enclosed between the support ring and the first annular element and being fixable axially immovably, and an annular sealing chamber, enclosed circumferentially in a transition region between the support ring and the corrugated pipe, receiving a sealing element, on which a deformation force acts in a functional position which is fixable using a fixing element, including a second annular element, which circumferentially encloses the coupling element and is circumferentially attachable and movable in translation with respect thereto, the first annular element and the second annular element being arranged mutually coaxially.
