The subject of the invention is a spring sensor element, comprising carbon nanotubeson a carrier, wherein the carbon nanotubesare arranged in CNT blocks, wherein the carbon nanotubesof each CNT blockpreferably have the same length and the same alignment with respect to the carrier, wherein at least the highest one of the CNT blocksis arranged nearby at least two electric contacts. Spring sensor element having carbon nanotubes

The present invention relates to novel precursors in the form of metal complexes with 2-substituted 1,3-diketones and to a process for the preparation thereof. The invention furthermore relates to the use thereof for the production of thin metal-oxide layers. The latter are constituents in a very wide variety of electronic components and devices having various functions.

Precursors for the production of thin oxide layers and the use thereof

The invention relates to a preparation process for thin semiconducting inorganic films comprising various metals (Cu/In/Zn/Ga/Sn), selenium and/or sulfur. The process uses molecular precursors comprising metal complexes with oximato ligands. Copper-based chalcopyrites of the I-III-IV-type are prepared with high purity at low temperatures under ambient conditions. The thin films can be used in photovoltaic panels (solar cells).

Preparation of semiconductor films

The invention relates to a printable precursor comprising an organometallic aluminum, gallium, neodymium, ruthenium, magnesium, hafnium, zirconium, indium and/or tin complex or a mixture thereof which contains at least one ligand from the class of the oximates, for electronic components, and to a preparation process. The invention furthermore relates to corresponding printed electronic components, preferably field-effect transistors.
