A casting flow running system () for supplying liquid metal to a mold cavity formed in a casting mold includes a plurality of pipe sections () that are connected to one another; at least one ingate pipe () for connecting the casting flow runner system () with an ingate of a casting model forming the mold cavity; and a frame () made of a heat-resistant material disposed on the ingate pipe (). A feeder () for use in a casting mold includes a feeder body () made from an exothermic and/or insulating material. The feeder body has a bottom surface () with a feeder opening () for connection of the inner cavity () of the feeder body () with the mold cavity of the casting mold during a casting process. A ring-shaped frame () made of a heat-resistant material is secured to the feeder body (). A netlike webbing () made from a fire-resistant material is tensioned within the ring-shaped frame (). The frame () is arranged on the surface () of the feeder body (), such that the netlike webbing () is positioned with the feeder () formed in the casting mold directly on a surface of a casting piece to be formed during casting.

A breaker core for use in a casting process includes a disk-shaped breaker core () having breaker core body and a through-opening () for liquid metal. A ring-shaped frame () made from a heat-resistant material is secured to the breaker core () and has a netlike webbing () tensioned therein. The netlike webbing () is made from a fire-proof material and spans the through-opening () of the breaker core () on an underside of a feeder. The frame () is secured with an outer sidewall () to the body of the disk-shaped breaker core (). A plane of the netlike webbing () tensioned in the frame () is secured with a stepped offset to an upper end of the sidewall () facing the feeder, so that the netlike webbing () is placed in an area of an underside of the breaker core () facing the casting model.
