A loudspeaker arrangement having a first loudspeaker comprising a first sound radiating surface and a first loudspeaker basket, and a second loudspeaker comprising a second sound radiating surface and a second loudspeaker basket. The first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker are arranged opposite each other in a first direction, a cavity is formed between a front side of the first loudspeaker and a front side of the second loudspeaker, and the first loudspeaker basket is directly coupled to the second loudspeaker basket.

Opposing loudspeaker arrangement

A loudspeaker assembly for a vehicle includes an enclosure arranged to be positioned outside of a passenger compartment of the vehicle adjacent a first vehicle body panel. The enclosure has a front side, a rear side, a top portion and a substantially enclosed bottom portion, where the top portion includes an outer wall structure. A loudspeaker is mounted in the enclosure and configured to generate an acoustic signal to be radiated into the passenger compartment through an opening in a second vehicle body panel. The enclosure may include a plurality of ribs extending between the loudspeaker and the outer wall structure. A barrier may be disposed within the top portion inward of the outer wall structure and substantially surrounding the loudspeaker. The ribs and the barrier damp high frequencies to reduce propagation of high-frequency noise toward the passenger compartment.

Loudspeaker assembly for a vehicle

Disclosed is a loudspeaker comprising a loudspeaker frame and a magnet to which the loudspeaker frame is attached, characterized in that the magnet has a conical outer surface, the loudspeaker frame has a conical inner surface designed to form a press fit with the conical outer surface of the magnet, the magnet includes an undercut, and the loudspeaker frame includes a number of snap-on hooks, at least one of which engages with the undercut in the press-fit state.

Loudspeaker

A loudspeaker including a loudspeaker frame, a magnet, and a ring is provided. The magnet includes an outer surface and a shoulder. The ring includes an inner surface that is constructed so as to form a press fit with the outer surface of the magnet. In the press fit, the loudspeaker frame is clamped between the shoulder of the magnet and the ring.

A speaker assembly arrangement for a vehicle is provided that includes a speaker unit including a speaker cabinet defining a first volume and a body part of a vehicle including a hollow member defining a second volume. The speaker cabinet is acoustically coupled to the hollow member by a press-fit coupling having a press-fit direction and mounted on the body part by at least one fastener having a fastening direction substantially perpendicular to the press-fit direction. The body part comprises a first guide arranged and configured to slidably engage with a second guide arranged on the speaker cabinet so that force on the speaker cabinet in the fastening direction is at least in part redirected to the press-fit direction by the slidable engagement of the first guide and the second guide.
