A method of configuration in a communications network includes: obtaining operational data relating to operation of at least one network node, the operational data including, for each of a plurality of time periods, data relating to at least one configuration parameter of the network node and data relating to at least one performance indicator of the network node; defining a plurality of actions, wherein each action corresponds to a specific set of values of the at least one configuration parameter in two successive time periods; and defining a plurality of states, wherein each state corresponds to one specific set of values of the operational data. A probabilistic graph is constructed from the operational data, the probabilistic graph indicating, for a plurality of the defined states, a probability that an action will lead to a transition to a respective other state.

Configuration of a communications network

It is presented a method for session analysis in a wireless communication network. There is provided a data structure for re-configuration of an application hosted in a cloud computing environment. The data structure comprises a software template for use in a software scheme. The software template describes a flow of actions executable by a cloud management unit in the cloud computing environment for re-configuration of an application hosted by the management unit and executable by the management unit using the software scheme. The software template comprises software instructions comprising a first portion of software instructions non-editable by a programming interface unit of the hosted application. The software template allows for a second portion of software instructions to be added to the software template by the programming interface unit of the hosted application. A score management node identifies characteristics of a user, defines a user profile for the user which user profile comprises at least one predefined user group that matches the identified user characteristics, and sets user-specific model parameters based on the defined user profile wherein the user-specific model parameters are valid for the at least one user group in the user profile. When receiving network measurements related to service events when the service is delivered to the user, the score management node determines a quality score reflecting the user's perception of quality of service delivery and an associated significance reflecting the user's perception of importance of each service delivery, by applying the user-specific model parameters on each network measurement. A method and a score management node for supporting service evaluation by obtaining a perception score reflecting a user's experience of one or more services delivered by a telecommunication network. The score management node receives a network measurement related to a current service event of service delivery to the user within a predefined time length from a previous service event, and determines a correlation level reflecting the user's perception of the current service event as correlated with the previous service event. A quality score is determined for the current service event, reflecting the user's perception of quality of service delivery and an associated significance reflecting the user's perception of importance of service delivery, based on the network measurement and the correlation level. It is presented a method for providing data to a wireless device in a cellular communication network comprising a plurality of radio cells.
