The invention relates to a compressed-air supply system for operating a pneumatic installation in a pneumatic system of a vehicle, comprising: a compressed-air feed; a compressed-air connection point to the pneumatic installation; a venting connection point to the environment; a pneumatic main line between the compressed-air feed and the compressed-air connection point, which pneumatic main line has an air dryer; a venting valve, which is arranged on the pneumatic main line and is designed as a pilot valve and has a pilot connection point; a compressor having at least one compressor stage; and, in addition to the pneumatic main line, a pilot valve and a pneumatic pilot channel that connects the pilot valve to the pilot connection point of the venting valve. With respect to the compressed-air supply system, according to the invention, a pressure-holding pneumatic reservoir device is connected to the pilot connection point, which reservoir device is designed to provide a control pressure for the pilot connection point, in particular independently of a pressure in the pneumatic main line during venting of the pneumatic system, and the pressure-holding pneumatic reservoir device has at least one separate pilot pressure accumulator, which can be pneumatically connected to the pilot connection point via the control line.

Compressed-air supply system for operating a pneumatic installation, method and vehicle

A compressed air supply installation includes a compressed air supply, a compressed air port to a pneumatic installation, a vent port to a venting environment, and a pneumatic main line between the compressed air supply and the compressed air port. The pneumatic main line includes an air dryer. The installation further includes a vent valve arranged in the pneumatic main line, the vent valve being a first pilot valve having a pilot control port, a compressor having at least one compressor stage, and a second pilot valve and a pneumatic pilot control channel that pneumatically connects the second pilot valve to the pilot control port of the first pilot valve. A pressure-holding pneumatic valve device is connected to the pilot control port of the first pilot valve and is configured to provide a control pressure for the pilot control port of the first pilot valve.

Compressed air supply installation for operating a pneumatic installation, method and vehicle

A compressed-air feed system for operating a pneumatic system includes a compressed-air supply, a compressed-air connection to the pneumatic system, at least one ventilation connection to surroundings, and a pneumatic main line between the compressed-air supply and the compressed-air connection. The pneumatic main line has an air dryer and a regeneration throttle. The compressed-air feed system further includes a first ventilation line between the pneumatic main line and the at least one ventilation connection. The first ventilation line has a first ventilation valve and a ventilation throttle. The compressed-air feed system additionally includes a second ventilation line between the compressed-air connection and the at least one ventilation connection. The second ventilation line has a second ventilation valve formed as a 2/2 directional valve. The compressed-air feed system is designed to provide an operating mode in which the second ventilation valve is open over a predetermined time period.

A compressed-air feed system for operating a pneumatic system includes a compressed-air supply, a compressed-air connection to the pneumatic system, a ventilation connection to surroundings, and a pneumatic main line between the compressed-air supply and the compressed-air connection. The pneumatic main line has an air dryer and a regeneration throttle. The compressed-air feed system further includes a ventilation line between the pneumatic main line and the ventilation connection. The ventilation line has a ventilation valve and a ventilation throttle. The compressed-air feed system further includes a bypass line between the compressed-air connection and the air dryer. The bypass line has a bypass valve formed as a 2/2 directional valve configured to permit an air flow conducted via the air dryer, and bypassing the regeneration throttle, for filling and ventilating the pneumatic system.

A method for operating an electronically controllable air spring system having air springs includes ascertaining a vehicle velocity of a vehicle and performing a procedure of monitoring a loading procedure and/or a procedure of monitoring an unloading procedure if the vehicle velocity indicates that the vehicle is at a standstill. The method further includes suppressing a level control procedure via the air spring system for a determined time period if at least one pressure difference that is allocated to the air springs exceeds the respective loading pressure limit difference or undercuts the unloading pressure difference and/or a loading criterion or an unloading criterion are met.
