A user terminal receives at least one signal with information depending on a location of the user terminal. The user terminal processes the at least one signal for providing data related to the location while it is in a cell of an accessible private base station and saves the data as a reference data. After that, the user terminal receives at least one signal with information depending on the location of the user terminal and a broadcast from a private base station. The user terminal processes the at least one signal for providing data related to a location of the user terminal and compares the data and a reference data with each other. The controller enables a contact to the private base station if the data and the reference data match each other and, otherwise, disables a contact to the private base station.

Accessibility of private base station

A controller of a private base station receives data on a travel time depending on a propagation delay between a private base station and a user terminal. The controller outputs a control signal to a controllable amplifier for decreasing a transmission power of the private base station if the measured travel time is longer than a predetermined reference time or quality of service is lower than reference quality.

Coverage of private base station

There is provided a private base station including a processing unit configured to scan data of overlaying macro cells of a public radio network in order to report the location of the private base station; a communication unit configured to request a connectivity service from the public radio network by using identification data of the private base station and the location of the private base station; and a communication unit configured to receive grant to utilize the re-quested connectivity service once the identification data has been verified by the public radio network.
