A hydraulic unit for a braking system of a vehicle includes a body with actuator-side and brake-side ports. Inlet and outlet valves are positioned in the body and operable to selectively supply and relieve hydraulic fluid to/from the wheel cylinder of a brake via the brake-side port. A damper is positioned in the body for damping pressure pulsations in the hydraulic fluid. The damper is selectively operable in a first state having a first damping characteristic, and in a second state having a second damping characteristic different from the first damping characteristic.

A valve cartridge for a magnet valve includes a capsule, a valve core, a valve body, a lower valve part and a flat filter. The valve core has a first end and a second end. The first end is inserted into the capsule. The valve body has a main valve seat. The valve body is inserted into the second end. The lower valve part is axially supported on the valve core and includes a nonreturn valve. The nonreturn valve includes a nonreturn valve seat and a nonreturn valve closing element. The flat filter has an inserted filter screen for filtering dirt particles. The filter screen is connected to the lower valve part. The nonreturn valve seat is placed in the lower valve part. An opening stroke of the nonreturn valve closing element is limited by an abutment contour arranged on the flat filter level with the filter screen.

Valve cartridge for a magnet valve, and a corresponding magnet valve

A solenoid valve is disclosed that includes at least one chamber which can be filled with a fluid and which is provided in a housing of the solenoid valve, a closing piston which can be displaced by an actuation device and a spring element which can act against the actuation device. An annular element which divides the chamber into a first and a second sub-chamber is provided, said annular element being at least partially, in particular completely engaged in the axial direction by a closing piston of the solenoid valve arranged in a guide opening of the annular element and comprises at least one fluid passage recess which is different from the guide opening.

A valve insert for a valve cartridge of a solenoid valve, wherein the valve insert is produced as a one-piece, slotted sleeve from a sheet metal strip and has at least one radial bore as an inlet and/or drain opening of a fluid flow and to a corresponding valve cartridge or to a solenoid valve having such a valve insert and to a method for producing a valve insert. The at least one radial bore is designed having a trumpet-shaped geometry in order to specifically influence the flow characteristics of the fluid flow.

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.

Valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, and associated solenoid valve

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a valve insert that is inserted by a first end into the capsule and on its other end receives a valve body with a main valve seat. A lower valve part is axially braced on the valve insert, and a flat filter for filtering out dirt particles is connected via a retaining element to the lower valve part. According to the invention, the retaining element includes at least one component on the flat filter side and at least one corresponding component on the lower valve part side, which makes at least one partial clamping connection between the flat filter and the lower valve part. The invention further relates to a solenoid valve having such a valve cartridge.
