A stabilizer adhesive bearing for a vehicle stabilizer may comprise an annular sleeve having a resilient inner contour for coaxial arrangement on the vehicle stabilizer. The resilient inner contour of the annular sleeve may comprise on a side facing the vehicle stabilizer a three-dimensionally structured surface with an adhesive receiving volume. The three-dimensionally structured surface has a maximum roughness depth (R) greater than 45 &#x3bc;m and a core roughness depth (R) of at least 65% relative to the maximum roughness depth (R) of the three-dimensionally structured surface. The maximum roughness depth (R) is a total of the reduced tip height (R), the core roughness depth (R), and the reduced groove depth (R). Further, the reduced tip height (R), the reduced groove depth (R), and the core roughness depth (R) may be determined in accordance with EN ISO 13565-2: December 1997.

A vibration absorber () with radially acting hydraulic damping has a bearing core (). A bearing cage () radially surrounding the bearing core () and an elastomer body () resiliently connects the bearing core () and the bearing cage (). An outer sleeve () radially surrounds the elastomer body () for connection to an absorber mass (). At least two working chambers () to be filled with a damping fluid are formed in the elastomer body (). The working chambers () are connected fluidically to one another by means of a dimensionally stable fluid duct ().

Vibration absorber

For an elastic coupling member for a three (or more) point connection of a vibration absorber mass, like a gas generator for an airbag, to a motor vehicle part exposed to vibrations or oscillations, like a steering wheel structure, comprising a sleeve-shaped spring body firmly connectable to the vibration absorber mass and the motor vehicle part and having an axial direction, it is provided that the spring body has a different shape in its first radial sectional plane, in particular a vertical radial sectional plane, compared to a second, in particular horizontal radial section plane circumferentially offset from the first one.

Coupling member and multiple point connection

An elastic coupling device for elastically connecting a damping mass like a gas generator to a motor vehicle part exposed to oscillations and/or vibrations, in particular an airbag module, in one embodiment comprising a rigid support ring facing the vehicle, at least one fixation piece like a rivet head, the fixation piece facing the damping mass and being made of a rigid material, and a spring body coupling the support ring and the fixation piece. The support ring and/or the fixation piece, respectively made of a plastic material, as well as the spring body, which may be made of an elastomer material, may be produced in a single manufacturing step by means of a two-component process, in particular by two-component injection molding.
