Means ( ) are provided for ascertaining a distance (S) that is located between the at least two parts program positions (X , Y , Z ; X , Y , Z ) and for generating a drive mechanism set-point value (VA(S)) as a function of the distance (S) and of at least one parts program parameter (V , V ).
