The disclosure relates to a hydrostatic axial piston machine having a housing, having a drive shaft, to which a flange disc is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner, and having a swash plate, to which a rotor disc, driven by the drive shaft or the flange disc, is rotatably mounted, and having a plurality of displacement units arranged distributed between the flange disc and the rotor disc and around the axis of the drive shaft, each displacement unit comprising a cylinder sleeve and a piston which extends into the cylinder sleeve and has a ball head and a spherical joint head which extends into the cylinder sleeve, wherein during operation, the piston plunges more or less far into the cylinder sleeve.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine

Disclosed is a drive unit, in particular for an injection unit or an ejector of an injection molding machine, comprising a stroke spindle device with a spindle and a spindle nut, and a prestressing device for prestressing the spindle that is dischargeable in a displacement phase of the stroke spindle device and is chargeable when the spindle is driven in the opposite direction, wherein the stroke spindle device and the prestressing device are supported by the same component, and wherein a load measuring device is provided for measuring the load acting on the spindle, which senses the forces acting on the component.

Drive unit

The invention is directed to an injection unit, in particular for an injection molding machine, comprising a screw which is guided in a plastication cylinder in a rotatable and axially movable manner and via which plastic material undergoes plastication and can be injected into a tool cavity. The screw is driven via an electric drive including an electric motor and is operatively connected to a support cylinder having a pressure chamber to which dynamic and/or support pressure can be applied during plastication and injection. The electric motor is coupled to a hydrostatic machine which during plastication is driven by the pressure medium displaced from the pressure chamber and which during injection conveys pressure medium into the pressure chamber so as to build up support pressure.

Injection unit

Disclosed is a drive unit, in particular for a closing unit, an injection unit, or an ejector of an injection molding machine. The drive unit comprises a double-acting force transmitting element provided with a small and a large piston unit which are disposed in a cylinder. The large piston unit is adapted to be pressurized by a great force both in input and in output directions. According to the invention, both the large piston unit with respect to the cylinder and the cylinder with respect to a movable element of the drive of the small piston unit are spring-prestressed.

An actuator is disclosed, in particular for a locking unit of an injection compression machine, comprising a hydraulic force translator with two piston units moving relative to each other with different effective areas. The foregoing enclose a pressure chamber together with a cylinder or spacer of the force translator. The smaller piston unit is electrically driven, wherein the axial displacement of the smaller piston unit may be transmitted to the cylinder. The cylinder can be fixed relative to a chassis of the injection compression machine by means of a hydraulic clamping device. According to the invention, the pressure necessary for clamping is delivered by a high-pressure reservoir which may be charged during the displacement of the smaller piston unit.

What is disclosed is a drive mechanism, in particular for blanking and nibbling machines, comprising a hydraulic force transmitting element and a spindle drive for driving the force transmitting element, wherein a pre-tensioning means for pre-tensioning the force transmitting element is provided.

What is disclosed is an axial-piston machine having at least one swash plate and one cylinder drum supported thereon, which includes a multiplicity of cylinder sleeves. To the cylinder sleeves a row of pistons is associated which is connected with a shaft. In accordance with the invention, the cylinder sleeves are articulatedly mounted in the cylinder drum.

Axial piston machine

A drive unit, in particular for a closing unit, an injection unit, or an ejector of an injection molding machine, may be used where a high axial force is applied through a hydraulic power converter. A cylinder of the power converter may be fixed relative to a frame of the injection molding machine through the intermediary of a holding device which is functionally separate from guidance of the cylinder on the frame of the injection molding machine.

In accordance with the invention, the drive mechanism of a pump of a hydraulic circuit is provided inside the tank to ensure optimum acoustic and vibration attenuation.
