The present disclosure, in its various aspects, is directed generally to medical devices, and more specifically to catheter accessory devices and related systems and methods. In an embodiment, an instrument accessory device may include a body with an instrument lumen through which an instrument may extend through. An expandable member may be disposed about the distal end of the body. An elongate delivery member may be attached to the body and in communication with the expandable member at a distal end of the delivery member. The delivery member may be configured to slide the instrument lumen of the body and the expandable member along the length of the instrument when extended therethrough. Other embodiments are addressed within.

Devices, systems, and methods for a catheter accessory

Medical devices for sympathetic nerve modulation are disclosed. An example medical device for sympathetic nerve modulation may include a catheter shaft having a distal region. An expandable member may be coupled to the distal region. A flexible circuit assembly may be attached to the expandable member. The flexible circuit assembly may include a first electrode strip, a second electrode strip, and a sensor strip disposed between the first electrode strip and the second electrode strip. The first electrode strip may include a first electrode. The second electrode strip may include a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode may define a pair of bipolar electrodes.

Expandable occlusive plugs and methods of using them are disclosed. The devices generally include a tubular body bearing multiple slits defining leaves, which expand radially outward when the ends of the device are brought toward one another.

The balloon may be capable of shifting between a folded configuration and an expanded configuration. A support structure may be coupled to the balloon. The support structure may be capable of shifting the balloon toward the folded configuration. A plurality of elongate flexible electrode assemblies may be disposed on the balloon. The elongate flexible electrode assemblies may be oriented at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis of the balloon.

The present disclosure provides occlusion devices which comprise (a) a self-expanding support frame having a longitudinal axis comprising a plurality of loops each having an orifice, the support frame being self-expandable from a constrained shape to an unconstrained shape, and (b) a covering material covering an orifice of at least one of the loops. Also provided are assemblies and kits that contain such occlusion devices, and methods of delivering such occlusion devices to a patient.
