A railway vehicle car includes a lower level and an upper level that are separated by an intermediate floor. The bridge connects a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end of the car on the upper level. The circulation of passengers is blocked on the lower level at least at one of the first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end.
