A multi-tool includes a keyshaped body, the keyshaped body having a key like shape and a standard key size. The keyshaped body includes a rounded end, the rounded end including a aperture for a key chain and a textured surface configured to provide grip to the hand of a user. The keyshaped body further includes a slim extending end, opposite the rounded end, the slim extending end including a tip, the tip having a wedge end, the wedge end shaped such that it functions as a screw driver, the slim end further included a left and right side, the left side having a grooved surface shaped such that it functions as file, the right side including a cutting surface and a lip, the lip providing for a bottle opener in conjunction with an aperture in which the cutting surface is located and using the keyshaped body as a lever arm.

A device for securing an elongate article comprising four finned holder elements, each finned holder element being fabricated of an elastomeric material, the four finned holder elements being oriented in two pairs, a top pair and a bottom pair, each pair having a left and right finned holder element which are mirror images of each other. The element are upwardly disposed relative to the horizontal, and have a side portion contiguous with an upper portion, a base portion, and a back portion and a free edge having a receiving portion and a linear securing portion having a recess. A housing member having left and right cavities holds the left and right finned holder elements in opposing juxtaposition and has a rear portion with a vertical support that separates a left through-hole and a right through-hole.

Multi-function key-shaped tool

A system is disclosed for providing enhanced sound and additional functionality to auxiliary devices. In one embodiment, a light and sound bar system comprising an omnidirectional high fidelity speaker; an adjustable lighting device; and attachment hardware for attaching to an auxiliary device is provided to add enhanced sound capabilities and lighting functionality to auxiliary devices.

A mounting device for housing a smart device having a user interface comprises a horizontal armature, a screen housing, and a mounting bracket. The mounting device is configured for attachment to a display unit having a plurality of posts. The horizontal armature includes coupling mechanisms disposed at each end thereof, wherein each coupling mechanism is configured to be removably coupled to one of the posts. The screen housing has a hollow interior configured to receive the smart device therein, wherein the screen housing includes at least one aperture for providing visual and tactile access to desired portions of the smart device. The mounting bracket is securely coupled to the screen housing and includes at least one projection extending therefrom and configured to be received in a corresponding opening formed in the horizontal armature to couple the screen housing to the horizontal armature.
