A double-ended socket for antenna nuts includes a central hexagonal body section separated into two parts by a flange. The socket further includes a collar with lugs extending axially from each end of the center body section.

A tool for cutting elastomeric type hose clamps that are applied by shrink wrapping techniques includes a tubular member with a telescoping rod therein. A blade is attached to the rod. As the handle grips, attached to the rod and the tube, are manually manipulated, the cutter blade which is positioned against the hose clamp effects a clean, quick and precise cut therethrough.

An air hose reel is formed by an upright L-shaped support horizontally journalling an axle having reel forming spokes secured to one end portion for angular rotation in a vertical plane. A tension spring and friction washers surround the axle for retarding free wheeling movement of the reel. Couplings at respective ends of the axle are connected with air hose.

An oil filter wrench dimensioned and constructed in a fashion which will accommodate a broad range of sizes of cylindrical oil filters. The handles and jaws of the oil filter wrench are substantially identical. One of the jaws, however, has a pin and the other jaw has a pair of openings to define first and second pivot axes for the pliers.

A magnetic socket holder includes a molded plastic tray with a center bar having laminated keeper plates and bar magnets positioned therein to define pole pieces which permit the forming of magnetic circuits that when closed enhance the holding action of sockets in the tray, as well as holding action of the tray on a magnetizable surface. An integrally molded handle is provided for carrying the tray and sockets.

A semi-cylindrical tool for decoupling telescoping tubular members includes two companion, opposed semi-cylindrical engaging sections each joined to an elongated arm which, in turn, is attached to a single handle. The elongated arms are flexible and permit access of the tool into difficult to reach places.

A socket driveable tap apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus has an exterior cylindrical wall, an interior tap wall and a top ridge. The tap wall and top ridge are located at one end of the apparatus and define a tap receiving aperture. The tap receiving aperture is provided with means for securing a tap in the tap receiving aperture. A bottom ridge and a socket drive aperture are located opposite from the top ridge and are constructed and arranged to facilitate receipt of a standard socket drive.

A multi-purpose scraping apparatus is disclosed which enables the interchangeability of scraping blades. The apparatus is made of a handle, a shank and a blade receiving assembly, the shank being interposed between the handle and the blade receiving assembly. The blade receiving assembly comprises a back plate, a spring plate, a spring tongue and means for securing the spring plate to the back plate. The spring tongue extends from the spring plate and provides means for moving the blade receiving assembly from a gripping position to a releasing position. The back plate and the spring plate are thus constructed and arranged to cooperatively engage a blade to be used with the apparatus and to bias the blade receiving assembly in the gripping position. Thus, the spring tongue is moveable to effect movement of the blade receiving assembly from the gripping position to the releasing position.

Multi-purpose scraping apparatus

An improved tool for grinding a ridge in a bore comprises a planar base plate which is positioned over the bore, a handle along one edge of the base plate and a cutter tool projecting from the plate on the other extreme or diameter of the plate. The cutter tool cooperates with a rotary driven tool to provide a cutting action against the peripheral ridge in a cylinder bore, for example.
