A motorized fluid control valve includes a valve unit having a fluid inlet and outlet provided in a tube for controlling fluid flow, wherein the valve unit is adapted to operate between an opened and closed position. The motorized fluid control valve includes a motor and a driving pin providing a rotational power, a cam including a cam body rotatably mounted in such a manner that the motor is arrange to drive the cam body to rotate to operate the valve unit and to produce a valve signal showing a corresponding position of the valve unit. The motorized fluid control valve includes a valve safety arrangement having two fingers. When the valve unit is stuck, the driving pin will break the two fingers to disengage the cam from the motor, thus stopping any further rotation of the cam and provide a true signal regarding the position of the valve unit.

A mechanical latch assembly includes a supporting frame, a locking latch, an actuation arrangement and a safety lock arrangement. The locking latch is slidably mounted on the supporting frame in longitudinally movable manner. The actuation arrangement includes an actuation handle pivotally connected to the supporting frame to longitudinally drive the locking latch moving between a locked position an unlocked position. Moreover, the safety lock arrangement includes a locker member movably mounted on the supporting frame, wherein the locker member has a slider slot formed thereon to define a pusher surface and an opposed retracting surface, and a thermal activated arm substantially extended from the supporting frame to slidably pass through the slider slot of the locker member at a safety temperature, and adapted to deflect to push the locker member at the pusher surface at an elevated operation temperature.

A power latch assembly which includes a supporting frame adapted for mounting on a main housing, wherein the supporting frame has a locking slot and defines first and second slider ends thereof; a motor assembly including a power motor supported by the supporting base and adapted for being powered by the main housing, and a driving arm driven by the power motor in a linear movable manner; and a locking latch, defining a first guiding edge and a second guiding edge, having an inner coupling end coupling with the driving arm and an opposed latching end extended outwardly through the locking slot, wherein the driving arm drives the locking latch between a locking position and an unlocked position.
