A computer implemented method and system, comprising: retrieving, from an electronic data storage, participation data for each of a plurality of contacts that are associated with an opportunity, the participation data including information indicating types of communication activities the contacts have participated in in respect of the opportunity and times of the participation; comparing the participation data for the plurality of contacts with historic participation data for each of a plurality of decision maker contacts for a plurality of historic opportunities, the historic participation data including information indicating types of communication activities the decision maker contacts have participated in in respect of the historic opportunities and times of the participation; and computing, based on the comparing, which of the plurality of contacts associated with the opportunity is a potential decision maker and storing information indicating the identity of the potential decision maker.

A plurality of content servers are configurable to deliver push content to the wireless device, each of the content servers having a processor connected to a memory. Each of the plurality of content servers has one or more modules stored in the memory. The method allows users of mobile devices or desktop/laptops in an organization to perform a search on a collated list of contacts for a particular contact and determine who, within the system/organization, may have that contact in their list. Contact lists from individual mobile devices are collated and stored and are searchable. A rating for the strength of each contact in a user's mobile contact list is made by determining the type of contact that the user uses to communicate with the contact and by the frequency with which the user communicates with the contact. This can be done across the contacts for the entire organization. A system is provided for delivering push content to a wireless device. The system includes a central storage device, a push content delivery component, and a transfer protocol delivery component. The central storage device stores push content to be delivered to the wireless device. The push content delivery component generates a manifest identification (ID) of content to be delivered to the wireless device and delivers the manifest ID to the wireless device in a communication. The delivery component includes the central storage device and is connected to the push content delivery component. A central mobile content delivery system and a central mobile content delivery store system are provided. Interfaces permit a mobile content provider to author and publish mobile content in association with subscription data. Content offers may be defined from such data and offered to mobile device user subscribers such as in a catalog system. Content is delivered on behalf of the content providers in accordance with the subscriptions concluded by the store system. Subscriptions may relate to single packages of mobile content or a plurality of packages (e.g. in a series of publications) such as previously or subsequently published mobile content. Subscriptions are provided to the central delivery system to assign and deliver mobile content to devices.
