The invention relates to a device that is always open for the pressure medium for reducing pressure pulsations and that can be switched between a pressure chamber of a slave cylinder and a pressure chamber of a master cylinder of a hydraulic force transmission system for motor vehicles. The device has an additional line section in the form of a channel having an opening on the slave cylinder side, an opening on the master cylinder side, and a channel length equaling a multiple of the direct distance between the two openings, and a volume receiver that can be elastically deformed under pressure, wherein the channel and the volume receiver are combined into an assembly in a housing. The result according to the invention is a device that not only has very good vibration dampening properties, but is also very compact and has a cost-effective design.

Device for reducing pressure pulsations

An end section of a plastic fluid line with a push-in fitting is injection molded on coaxially for sealed push-in connection to a mating element of complementary shape with the aid of a securing element which transmits axial forces. The assembly formed of an end section and push-in fitting has a first circumferential groove on the end section, in the region of which the push-in fitting is molded on with form-fitting penetration of the plastic of the push-in fitting into the first circumferential groove. The end section, in the joining direction of the push-in fitting, protrudes axially beyond the latter and has a second circumferential groove for receiving a sealing ring. A third circumferential groove for receiving the securing element is molded into the push-in fitting on the outer circumference thereof.

A valve arrangement for vibration decoupling has a housing, in which two valve bodies are accommodated, a first of which is biased by a spring in a reference direction towards a stop integral with the housing and has a through-path for fluid. The other housing is biased by a spring in an opposite direction towards a valve seat on the first valve body and lifts away from the latter in the event of a volume flow in the reference direction, so as to open the through-path for fluid. A further through-path for fluid is provided between the first valve body and the housing, wherein a further valve seat is formed on the stop integral with the housing, towards which further valve seat the first valve body is biased by a spring and lifts away from the valve seat in the event of a volume flow in the opposite direction.
